"Talking"

I'm gonna kill him... I'm gonna kill him... I'm gonna kill him... I'm gonna-
"Kill him..." Gray gasped out, his eyes shooting open wide as his consciousness returned.
I'm... alive?
At least, as he stared up at the pitch-black sky of Monas, he assumed he was. Unless King Yemma had been tanning a lot, or Hell was a lot darker than the series portrayed, he was certainly alive.
Due to barely escaping death, your [Zenkai Boost] skill has been activated!
[Zenkai Boost] - Your body grows stronger by fighting.
For surviving against an opponent over 30x as strong as you: +1000 to all stats.
Well, at least I got something out of this, huh?
"You're awake? Thank goodness... I thought you would never wake up!" Gray blinked rapidly as he pushed himself up - or, tried to, until he promptly realized he still didn't have any arms. So, instead, he did a sit-up to sit up straight. He winced as he did, his body aching from the action.
Gray glanced around at his surroundings, taking in the area. The ground under him was wet and squishy, and various trees towered overhead, partially blocking the pitch-black sky above. Overall, the area looked similar to the initial camp that he'd arrived at on Monas, except there was no camp. And, in front of him, sat a familiar woman.
"Fubuki?" Gray asked blankly, his head throbbing as he took in the sight of the women.
She looked like she'd spent a few days camping out in a swamp, which she probably actually had, as she was covered in dirt and grime, her long, once-luxurious dress was torn with holes, and her hair was messy. But, despite looking like she'd been crawling through the mud, she didn't seem to be injured.
"Don't move too much," Fubuki said softly, standing up from where she had been leaning against a tree as she walked over towards him, "I could barely stop the bleeding, if you move too much, it'll start again."
Gray glanced down at her words, taking in the state of his body. His armor was largely shattered, with just bits and pieces hanging on by threads, and even his underarmor was torn up.
I'm starting to see the downside of weighted clothing.
Gray's weighted armor wasn't that heavy overall, so it wasn't like it held him back much, but he'd been put in an awkward position in the fight, as taking it off would lessen his protection even if it made him a bit stronger and faster.
Not that it would've mattered.
As Gray glanced past the armor and to his two stubby arms, he knew the fight wasn't even close. It'd been an absolute slaughter, and Gray couldn't even break through Boros' armor. His arms were still cut at the elbow, but there was a thick stack of blood-red leaves that were glowing softly as they pressed into his wounds, assumedly being held up by Fubuki's power.
I should've died from those wounds, even if they were clogged quickly. Those Senzu Bean's saved me.
Gray's HREG being doubled, and then doubled again as he ate two [Enhanced Senzu Bean]'s in a short timeframe, had ended up saving him. His HREG had skyrocketed from them, and while it wasn't enough to actually help much in the middle of a fight, it had outweighed the damage he was taking as he bled out.
