Quiet time

The visit with Jennifer was wonderful, and it was nice to finally be open and honest about who and what you are. Steve asked her to go out for supper while the rest of you headed downstairs to eat. You stopped in to see how Wanda was doing, but she was resting. You did notice she had two little bassinettes beside her and Vision was keeping close watch. Bucky pulled you away so you didn't disrupt the quiet room at all.
Supper was good, but your mind was elsewhere. You were worried about Wanda, you wanted to get out for a run, you wanted so many things, but at the same time... You just wanted some alone time with Bucky.
"What's wrong, doll?" Bucky asked you through your mind.
"I'm feeling anxious, I think," you replied. "I want to go for a run, I'm worried about Wanda, and I want alone time, and there's so many things that need to be done, and we only have ten weeks to do them" you told him in a rush. He silently reached over and took your hand and held it for a moment.
"Come on, doll," Bucky said out loud. You followed him blindly back upstairs and he brought you back to your suite. He locked the door behind him and grinned. "Come here" he said, opening his arms wide open. You walked to him and he wrapped his arms around you in a warm bear hug, and he kissed the top of your head.
"We need to do so much before the triplets get here" you said against his well defined chest.
"That's a problem for tomorrow, come on" he picked you up and carried you to the couch. He sat down and you moved your legs to either side of his lap. He held you close and you just nuzzled into him, taking in his scent. "We should talk names, now that we know what we are having," he said softly.
"I'm listening," you said softly.
"For the boys, I was thinking Grant Samuel, and Matthew Loki Barnes, what do you think?" he asked.
"Adeline Primrose for our little girl" you said softly. "Primrose is Jennifer's middle name" you admitted shyly.
"Then it's settled. We have their names" Bucky grinned, and kissed you softly again. You nuzzled into him again, and sighed.
"We still have to paint the nursery, buy all the supplies, decorate the nursery... I have to clean" you looked around doubtfully. "And I really want a strawberry," you pouted.

"I'll go get some strawberries washed up and we will look at some ideas for the nursery on Pinterest. We can work on the wedding too" he suggested. You nodded and crawled off of his lap and he got up. He went to the kitchenette while you pulled up Pinterest on your tablet and started looking at nursery ideas. The most gender neutral one you could come up with was Winnie the Pooh. Bucky came back with the strawberries and some chocolate dip and you abandoned your project for some munchies.
"Winnie the Pooh?" Bucky asked, looking at what you had so far.
"It's cute, and it's gender neutral since they will be sharing a bedroom" you sighed. "At least for now. Goodness knows what we will do once they are out of their cribs" you admitted.
"Let me take care of that. We will get a big house, with at least five bedrooms so there's room to grow," Bucky grinned, looking excited at the prospect.
"That's a mansion, and not on my salary" you corrected him.
"Our salary will do just fine. Besides, I get hazard pay literally every day, whether I'm in the field or not. I also have a lot of money saved up. We will have the cabin as a vacation home, and a house wherever you want it. Name a place, and I'll even have someone build it" he proclaimed.
"You can't just decide to build a house" you giggled.
"I made up my mind days ago. Come on doll, name a place" he insisted.
"I want a place out in the country, that's close enough to work that we can come in, but far enough away that we have woods to run in" you said.

"Sandy creek, New York" Bucky said off the top of his head. "It's right off Lake Ontario, and it's a small enough place we can make it out to the rural areas and there's lots of places for our wolves to roam."
"Hopefully there's no other pack there" you frowned.
"I'll text Fury" Bucky grabbed his phone as you looked up Sandy Creek. It looked promising, and was famous for the largest cheese made back in 1835, that was sent to the president of the USA. Bucky's phone pinged and he looked at it and grinned. "It's far from any known Hydra locations, or known packs" he kissed your cheek. "Decision made."
"Should we talk about the house?" you asked him.
"No, this will be a birthing gift so we have a place to call our own" Bucky shook his head. "We can put a landing pad for a jet, and leave a van there, since we will need a mini van. It's under a six hour drive too" he grinned, looking at properties for sale on his phone.
"A birthing gift?" you echoed.
"You're going to be pushing out three babies, it's part of the gift" he winked.
"Part?!" you squeaked.
"Yes doll, part of the gift. Let me take care of this" he said, touching your thigh soothingly. "We will need a library too" he hummed, and you squealed, jumping onto his lap again and he gave a hearty laugh.
"You're going to give me a library too?!" you ran your hands through his hair.
"We will need one with the amount of books you have anyways" he said as though that was obvious. "This way there's room to grow," he grinned. You leaned forward and kissed him softly on the lips, but he leaned in and deepened the kiss further. You both gave a soft moan and you moved your hips on his lap. He chuckled and pulled back. "We might be getting company, so behave yourself" he reminded you.
"Fine" you huffed and crawled off of his lap.

"What color do you want the walls in the nursery?" he asked, bringing your focus back on him after you nabbed another strawberry and were dunking it into the chocolate dip.

"Hmm... I think butter yellow. It's neutral enough, and the decals we can put on the walls will still stand out" you decided.
"Why don't we suggest a compound wide baby shower? Wanda had her babies, and we didn't get to have one for Nat and Bruce. Pepper is pregnant too. There's got to be stuff everyone needs" Bucky suggested and you looked at him in surprise.
"I love that idea! There's got to be stuff the girls need still" you decided.
"What theme did Wanda go with for her babies?" he asked conversationally.
"Star wars I believe" you had to think about it for a moment. Bucky immediately pulled out his phone and went on Amazon to start shopping regardless of not having made the suggestion yet. "Nat went with Cinderella" you added slyly and he smirked at you before going back to his phone. "I wish we had two nurseries," you sighed. "I want to do something girly for Adeline Primrose. Like Aurora or something" you said whistfully.
"We will doll, you'll see" he leaned over and kissed your cheek. "Eat some more strawberries and you focus on our babies room for now, and the future rooms too" he suggested.
"Okay" you smiled at him and dug back into your strawberries.

To both Bucky and your surprise, you didn't have any more visitors that evening. You decided together it was likely everyone was trying to give you some space as a couple. You and Bucky took full advantage, shopping online and looking at possible room designs for the triplets. You were honestly interested in an Aurora style bedroom for your little girl, and for the boy's room you were thinking more Tarzan themed. You wanted to have fun with different stuffed animals for them while they are young, and there were a lot of great room designs. Yes, you were admittedly sticking to Disney, but Bucky was on board. He liked what you were finding. You also suggested Harry Potter to him instead of Winnie the Pooh, and he told you flat out that he had never watched the movies. That wouldn't do, at least according to you, so you put on the first movie and he got some microwave popcorn for you to share.
Bucky made sure to lock the door and you both just laid in your t-shirts and underwear to watch the movie. He liked it much to your delight, and then you told him there were seven more movies and seven books for him to read now. He chuckled, but agreed. You went and got him the first book out of your collection and handed it to him and he started reading right away. You turned on an audio book on your phone and put on your headset and fell asleep on him on the couch.
You didn't know when or how he did it, but you woke up in bed with Melody and Alpine. Your heart warmed at how he had put the pillows around you so you would be completely comfortable, and wouldn't notice when he got up.
You got out of bed and headed to the bathroom first but you didn't see any sign of Bucky. You got dressed for the day and headed downstairs, fully expecting to be working today and walked downstairs. You knew you were early, but you wanted to check in on Wanda and Vision. You stopped at the door and looked in the window and saw that both Wanda and Vision were up with the babies. You did a soft knock and Wanda waved for you to come in.
"Hey you four" you said with a smile. "You're glowing Wanda" you said and she was positively beaming.
"Thank you. Aunty Y/N, meet Billy and Tommy" she said, holding Billy and Vision had Tommy.
"They're adorable" you came closer to look at them.

"Here, you can hold Billy" Wanda invited you closer. You carefully took him from her arms, and felt tears at your waterline as you looked down at him. He was perfect in every way.
"Thank you" you said meaningfully.
"Soon, you'll be holding your own," she reminded you.
"Too soon, I haven't started decorating yet" you admitted. "But we settled on a theme" you gave a soft smile.
"I let Vision pick the theme, he likes Star Wars" Wanda still looked tired, but she looked so pleased with herself.
"I think Bucky let me pick it, we are going with Harry Potter" you giggled as Billy took your finger and held onto it. He started fussing so you handed him back.
"I'll have to feed them again," she admitted.
"I'll leave you two to it. I'll check on you again soon" you said and backed out of the room.
