The Beginning

Date fail: Leo

You walked into the kitchen seeing Leo with a Picnic basket on the table in front of him. You were about to reach for the fridge when he said,
"No food for you I'm taking you on a date."
He said happily.

"Leo in case you haven't noticed but it's like ten o'clock at night, you have to do patrol."
He came up to you and put his arms around your waist, pulling you to where your chest was touching his plastron.

"We are taking the night off. So I have a date set up for us."
You nodded.

He grabbed the basket then walked out of the lair hand in hand. When you guys got topside, he bought you to the abandon house he was working on. A few months ago before the invasion. He went in first and turned on the lights. The walls were a baby blue and the floor was lament wood flooring. You came in after him and he closed the door behind you.
He led you to the kitchen and to a table that was lit up by candles and
(your favorite flower) in the middle.
"Leo, it's beautiful."
You hugged him and kissed his cheek. You both sat down at the table and ate.
"(Y/n), when you go to school I come here and work on the house. How's it look so far?"

"It looks amazing."

Time skip......bruh

"I think we should head home sweetie."
He grabbed the basket but you pulled it down putting it back on the table. He looked at you funny.

"This is our house right, so we can leave it here."
He shrugged and you guys left hand in hand. While you guys were walking a group of foot bots started to surround both of you. He took out his swords and put you behind him. The foot bots started to attack you and him when he finally got rid of them, he turned around and saw you had collapsed on the ground he picked you up and bought you to Donnie's lab right away.
"Is she going to be okay?"
Leo asked his brother while the blue clad turtle had tear stains on his cheeks.

"Leo, she lost a lot of blood during that fight. I'm not sure."
The purple clad turtle told his leader.

Leo walked into the living room and sat down putting his faces in his hands.
"It was all my fault I should've just grabbed her and ran. It's my fault she got hurt."
He cried into his hands. Raph and Leah were watching the whole thing. Raph, being the most stubborn one out of his brothers stayed where he was. Leah started to walk towards Leo but Raph grabbed her pulling her back.
"What Raph?"
She asked whispering.

"He's okay, he'll get over it."
He said as he held her closer.

Leah took a look at him then turned around to face her turtle boyfriend.
"Raph if that in the lab was me on Donnie's lab table seriously injured, you would be doing the same thing.
Raph, he needs a shoulder to cry on and if that was you being the mess, you would need a shoulder to cry on too, so if you don't have the balls to man up then I will."
She whisper yelled at him. He sighed in defeat and looked down at her.

"Your right, I'll come with you, he might need both of us."
She hugged him and they both made their ways to Leo who was devastated. They both sat on one side of him.
Leah started to rub his shell.

"Leo she's going to be okay, if she can handle all of us. She can make it through injures like these."
She hugged him from the side.

"No, Leah it's my fault she's in this mess."
She looked at him then hugged him with both arms.

"Leo, you never know what's going to happen until it does."

He stood up with anger in his eyes starring down at Leah.

"I COULD HAVE PREVENTED IT FROM HAPPENING!!"

"Bro don't talk to my girlfriend in that kind of voice. Why don't you cool off, all we're trying to do is help you."
Raph said standing in between Leah and Leo, giving Leo a death stare.
Leo just went to his room angrily, stomping.
Raph looked at Leah and smiled.
Leah stood up almost in tears, Raph hugged her tight putting his head on hers.
"Sweetie, she's going to be okay."
He told her leaning back and looking down at her, she smiled at him and they both walked to the lab to check on (y/n).
