Uta's Idol.

Uno 'King of Dance'.

Welcome to another new chapter of Uta's Idol'! Unlike most chapters we've done in the past, we will be starting this one off with a flashback! I've never really tackled a flashback chapter before so please bear with me. Don't worry, you will still get to read the main storyline and I promise that the flashback will be well worth it! I don't own One Piece.

~Ten years ago, in Onigashima...

Sitting in his personal office, Uno and his captain, 'King of Lizards' Hanafuda who is also the father of Pitch and her siblings. The two were talking about the new developments regarding the two newest recruits, Ulti and Pitch, over some tea. After their clash years ago, Hanafuda and Kaido have joined forces in order for Kaido to become King of the Pirates. After their partnership has been confirmed, Hanafuda has promised to give the Ancient Zoan devil fruits he has collected over the years to the Beast Pirates. Hanafuda also allowed his crew and children to join the Beast Pirates too and became an unofficial Tobiroppo alongside Jack, Who's Who, Black Maria, Uno and Karuta. Hanafuda could've gotten the Lead Performer treatment, but turned it down as being an All Star would've brought him too much attention from the Marines and might result in his expulsion.

"Are you seriously allowing this, Captain?" Uno asked, surprised his boss would allow his daughters to join the Beast Pirates. "I thought you said you weren't going to allow your daughters to go up the Beast Pirates ranks!"

"Yeah, I know I messed up." Hanafuda muttered, already regretting this topic. "Seriously, you don't have to remind me."

"They were supposed to be foot soldiers! Didn't you want to keep them out of danger?" Uno asked as he continued to berate Hanafuda, much to his displeasure. "Why on earth are they taking Headliner apprenticeships?"

"Truth be told, that decision was made without my consent and Kaido approved it without giving me the heads up." Hanafuda answered, trying to shift the blame from himself. "By the time I found out, the situation was well out of my hands."

Hanafuda then began to nervously sip his tea, avoiding eye contact with Uno as he did so. As his right hand man, Uno has gotten to know Hanafuda well over the years and knows when he's keeping something from him.

"Oh, really?" Uno asked as he crossed his arms. "That's not what Pitch told me."

Hanafuda flinched from what Uno said and started to sweat from behind his mask.

"According to her, you tried to talk the two out of it, but you were 'persuaded' otherwise." Uno said, as he emphasized the word 'persuaded'. "By, let me guess, Ulti?"

Uno hits the nail right on the head and Hanafuda starts to tear up and cry at how the situation started. When it comes to climbing the ranks in the Beast Pirates, the best way to do so is by showing off your strength. Ulti and Pitch were already brutal fighters, but after eating the Ancient Zoan devil fruits that Kaido put aside for his men, their combat capabilities have skyrocketed. Ulti's headbutts are now more destructive after gaining the pachycephalosaurus power and with the power of the Velociraptor, Pitch's attacks are even more deadly. Page One is still trying to get used to his devil fruit powers which is why he didn't make the cut yet. Apparently, Ulti challenged her father so she and her younger sister can earn the right to become a Headliner. In the end, Ulti won because Hanafuda couldn't bring himself to fight his children. Ulti had no qualms about fighting her father and easily beat Hanafuda in a one sided fight, giving him several headbutts in the process. So now that Hanafuda has lost to Ulti, he has no choice, but to allow his children to become Headliners and apprentices for the Tobiroppo in hopes of becoming one in the future.

"Your daughters are getting out of hand." Uno sighs. "I don't think I can keep up with them for much longer. Especially Ulti. That girl is a loose cannon."
