Unexpected - Chapter 3
The first day of School was over. I was relieved that it was over. You know all of the nerves you had before you arrived, was still here. The fast heartbeating, sweaty palms, and weak knees. There was nothing to be nervous of now, but I still felt like that. Not so much, but it was still there.
I sighed, taking my bagpack over my shoulder. I walked home, since I didn't own a car. I knew how to drive, but I couldn't affort one.
"Maggie, wait up!" Someone called behind me. I turned around to see Katy.
"I was wondering if you wanted to go with us to this poetry club, we could go there together?" She asked. A poetry club? I wasn't the most poetic person in the world, but I thought why not. It wasn't like I had any better to do, and I wanted to make friends.
"Sure." I smiled.
"Great, it starts at 8, i'll text you then." She already got my number today, and I got hers.
I nodded, and made my way home.

"Guys, it is Felix's turn next." Kara said all excited, while she rested her head on Andrew's shoulder, which also happened to be her boyfriend.
Katy told me, it was something they did almost every other thursday, because one of Andrew's friend - Felix - were a part of the club.
I didn't really listen to any of it, as poetry wasn't my interest.
A blonde haired boy stepped up on the little stage, which I assume was Felix.
He had a little crumbled paper in his hand, that he was gonna read his little poem out loud from. So did the other say he was gonna do.
"Blood fall to the ground, as twilight was on it's way." He started. I didn't get any of it. It made no sense, but people seemed to like it, since a big applause was heard, when he was done, and he walked down the stage.
I took a sip of my teacup, before everyone, took on their jackets.
"We're leaving?" I asked, suprised. I thought we were gonna stay here for the whole night.
"Yeah, we're just seeing Felix, and then we normally leave." Katy shrugged. I took on my jacket aswell, and we walked outside.
The cold night air, hit me as soon as I stepped out. It made goosebumps all over my arms.
The sky was already dark, and Stars were peeking out of the dark blue color.Kara and Andrew took the bus home, and Katy walked with me some of the time, until she turned left on a road, cause that was her way home, so I had to walk the rest alone.
I hated walking alone. It wasn't like there was long way home, but just walking alone when it was dark, scared me. So I just walked as fast as I could.
"Hey beautiful." A sudden husky voice slurred. I looked at a group of guys, huddled together, one of them looking at me. Some of them were smoking, while some were on their phones. This was what I was scared of.
"Guys look." The boy, mumered to the others. They all took their attention on me, and I was quite scared. Their style was pretty much the same. Black clothing, including hoodies, jeans, leather jackets boots and beanies.
I tried to just walk past them, but they closed in on me.
"Where are you going?" The one asked. I tried to step back, but they walked closer.
"Please." I almost begged, and it felt like I was begging for my life. My heart was hammerimg in my chest, and my breath got uneven. I was terrified. Couldn't they just let me go?
I noticed a new figure walking towards us. Was there more of them?
I started to panic, as the new figure, was ever so close to me, and placed his hand on my wrist. He glanced at me, before pulling me out of there. It was Bradley.
