The Eleventh Doctor Hurtled toward the console of the Tardis in shock.

This Tall Green eyed stranger was operating the Tardis-like-like a pro! which is better than he ever could....

"Look I don't mean to be rude but Who are you, Exactly!?" he questioned stopping dead and watching the young man flicking and switching and pressing as if he had done it all his life. The stranger stopped briefly, clicking his fingers. The Tardis door swung shut on the doctors new companion as she stopped short of the threshold.

"HEY! That's not nice. What are you doing!" the doctor demanded, turning back from his quick glance at the doors.

"Saving the world-I hope." replied the Stranger in an almost familiar voice.

"What do you m-" the doctor was cut off by the Tardis jerking and a shuddering as he fell backwards. The Casually dressed stranger, for he wore trainers, Dark Jeans and a faded plaid shirt with a vintage earth logo t-shirt underneath seemed prepared for it as he stood steady while the doctor clambered back to his feet.

"It's taken a long time to find you" He commented glancing at The doctor.

"Oh-" The doctor furrowed his brow, unsure of what to say. He watched the stranger circle the console, looking intently for something.

"Got to say I'm not keen on these changes. It's so....Oh there we go!" Then he stopped, more or less in the same place he had been. He clenched his hand into a fist and knocked hard on the giant hub 4 times.

"I actully think it's rather spanky..." the doctor replied casually before a sudden thought struck him "wait! Are you ,are you....me?" he had to ask. It wouldn't be the first time he'd met himself.

"No." The stranger replied with a small laugh "I'm not you." He gave the doctor a quick look over before adding "I'm definitely not you!" There was a loud sucking and the doctor instantly realised what the stranger was doing as he began to tear at the console. He was trying to get to the heart. The Tardis shook and shuddered more. The lights gave a discontented flicker and a low creaky groan emanated from the hub.

"What are you doing!" demanded the doctor again getting to his feet too stunned to move.

"You know what I'm doing" replied the stranger calmly, running a finger along the inside of a silver chain he wore around his neck. The doctor noticed it held 2 regimental styled dog tags.

"Well Yes but you can't! Seriously in all seriousness. You can't! Do you have any idea how dangerous that is!?"

"Nope. None." The stranger smiled dipping his whole arm inside the now exposed heart of the Tardis, rolling up his sleeve and produced a small glowing string that wriggled in his grasp. "but ...I'm prepared to take the risk." He jammed the decellarator down and the Tardis began spinning, almost sickeningly. Falling backwards in the very web of time. The doctor could feel what was done being undone, what was said unsaid......

"How are you doing this?" Croaked the doctor as he appeared to age and un-age rapidly falling to his knees. The stranger took the wriggling golden string and blew on it. It became like dust, floating toward the doctor like small feathers being carried by a gentle wind. Slowly they landed on him and began to glow..."Why are you doing this?" he stammered feeling the warmth growing inside him

"There was someone you were meant to meet...I guess you could say Your 'song' ended on the wrong note."

The Doctors eyes widened in recognition. How?

"AAgrrrhhhh!" the doctor grimaced suddenly as the golden light began to penetrate his skin, suddenly exploding out of him. The stranger watched, a hopeful but uncertain expression on his face. The figure of light that was the doctor struggled on the floor, crouching further down and half curling up. Slowly the golden light streamed away. The doctor had his back to the stranger. Had it worked? He turned slowly, His dark brown hair messy but stylish, his expressive brown eyes staring at the stranger as he rose. The Tenth incarnation of the Doctor. "You-You-You UN-generated me!" he sounded shocked, surprised and characteristically slightly amused. "Oh that voice!" he grinned, He had never unbecome  version of himself before "I've missed my own voice! Ha!"

"Unfortunately, you won't remember that-or this-or me." The stranger smiled, fiddling with something unseen inside the Tardis again.

"This next part is going to be....I don't know. Random, let's say random." He pulled something like a cross between a wire and a vein out from the centre of the glowing hub, he twisted it until it snapped, golden light drooling out of it. The Tardis seemed to momentarily loose all power and a deafening grinding, crunching echoed as the stranger was illuminated by the golden liquid light.

He took something,  vial from his pocket, and pulling the stopper off with his teeth let out a swirling mist that seemed to contain many of millions of tiny stars, They rotated, floating silently towards he console s if drawn there.

"That's..." The Doctor exclaimed in his new but old voice before a burst of space exploded into the room as the two substances met , simultaneously seeming to re-power the Tardis and fill the console room momentarily with galaxies. A mad HUMMMMMMM drove the Tardis wild and everything seemed to stretch and the stranger took a  dusty looking rucksack and threw it at the Doctor. He opened it curiously and pulled out a familiar suit and a worn pair of converse trainers along with a long trench coat. No sooner had he felt the comforting old fabric the doctor sunk into blackness...........
