Ben looked at Chloe with eyes she couldn't recognize any longer. His eyes when they first met were brown with a strange sad insanity, behind them. They were kind and honest which meant he understood all she had been through. It is why she was able to quickly accept him into her life, and trust him before everyone else. But the eyes she looked at now were strange they had a wall inside them that she couldn't look through as if somehow Ben had learned to hide his feelings from her.

Chloe: Ben I don't get it why would you change your name, you're a Boykevich by blood. I have it only by legality.

Ben: Because Chloe I never wanted to be a Boykevich.

Chloe: (looked at him with shock and surprise). Ben I'm getting more and more confused you were born a Boykevich why would you not want to be a Boykevich.

Chloe: Ben how can you say that Dad loves you, you're his son, his flesh and blood, his only child, the child of the first woman he ever loved.

Ben: No, I mean did Dad really love my mom, or did he just be with her because of the same reason Amy and Adrian wanted me. My mom was the daughter of a wealthy business owner Chloe, and that came with a lot of advantages for his family, and their business.

Chloe:(becomes upset) Ben, how can you think that you know how much Dad loved your mom. Dad still thinks about her even now.

Ben: Chloe, I know that you believe that Dad can do no wrong, but Dad is human. Even though once I believed he loved my mom honestly, but now I have my doubts about how much.

Chloe: Ben let's stop talking about this. I don't know if what you are saying is true or not, but in my eyes from how Dad talks about your mother he loves her to this day.

Chloe: So where have you been for the past nine years. Living with relatives, building a criminal empire, or did you go and fall in love with Maria Mansini and now running her olive oil empire with her.
