Ricky sit's nervously in Leo's office as he is about to admit to Leo that he lied to him, and he did sleep with Tamara. He feel's sick because he is digusted with himself for what he did, and how it will affect Leo. He never meant for things to go like this, or at least he never thought he would get caught. He feels ashamed to know after everything Leo has done for him, and even sacrificed for him he has let him down completely.

Ricky: Hi, Leo thanks for having this meeting with me I really appreciate it.

Leo: It's no problem Ricky, I know that you're nervous about what is going on with Tamara and the lawsuit. I also know that your family is having a difficult time with this too, I want to assure you that it will be okay. Tamara is probably just angry she was fired, and is desperate for money to take care of her son. Things like this happen all the time, I'll take care of it, and thing's will get back to normal.

Ricky: That is what I'm here to talk to you about Leo, but I have to tell you that things will not be alright.

Leo: Ricky, what are you talking about.

Ricky: Leo, I'm saying that I lied to you. (the words left a pungent taste in his mouth and a lump in his throat). I did sleep with Tamara, and there is a good chance that her son is mine.

Leo: (shocked at hearing his confession) What? Ricky this can't be you and Amy have been married for nine years, how could you cheat on her after everything you went through together.

Ricky: (breaks down in tears) I'm so, so sorry Leo. It's just when Amy got pregnant two years ago we were going through a really rough patch. She had to stop working because of the baby, and John was having trouble in school. I was under pressure here at work because a lot of people didn't like the promotion I got that year. They thought you gave it to me out of favortism. I was busy here at work trying to prove I earned it, and deseved it. I was also doing all the house work at home, the cooking and cleaning since Amy was on bed rest. She was being really needy, and emotional from the hormones, and I just couldn't take it.

Leo: Ricky everyone has problems, and God knows you had your hands full, but that was your responsibility. You should have accepted it, and if you were having too many problems, you could have come to me. After all this time I thought you would have understood that.

Ricky: I know that Leo, but I felt if I went to you then everyone would have started up the rumors about how you favored me again.

Leo: But, to have sex with your assistant while Amy was pregnant.

Ricky: I know, it's just Tamara and I started talking and growing close. She seemed to actually understand what I was dealing with. I mean I tried talking to Amy, but her emotions were all over the place. Tamara was easier for me to talk too, she seemed like a really good friend not to mention all the help she was giving me on the accounts I was managing.

Leo: But, Ricky you had friends like Adrian, Omar, Jack. Or your family why didn't you just schedule an appointment with Dr. Fields.
