THE SAME OLD BEN

Author's Note: This chapter will be a chunk of what will happen in the next 2 chapter's.

Ben went to meet with Sally, at a small diner just outside of Hollywood Boulevard.  She was wearing wrinkly clothes, and she didn't exactly smell nice.  She was very messy, and she showed signs of crying.  Ben took her to a diner, and bought her dinner, and from the looks of how she ate five hamburgers, a bowl of soup, and an entire cherry pie she hadn't eaten in a few days.  After Sally had finished eating, Ben asked her what happened to her, and why she was so broken.  Sally then told Ben her story.  She was only eighteen, and her real name was Margaret Frostman, she did come looking for a part in a low budget movie.  However the movie lost funding, and since she didn't have a big role she was only paid a small percentage of what she was originally offered.  She didn't have the heart to go back to Montana as a failure so she gave the last of her money to an agent who promised to get her work.  

When she went back to his office a few days later, the agent disappeared with her money without word.  She later met a man named Jaguar who told her he could get her work in modelling.  The work at first was to do a few provocative ads, where she wore slutty clothing, and tried to look sexy.  She later began to pose topless, and later nude.  She wasn't happy about it, but it helped keep her small hotel room, and food.  Later he claimed to get her a role in another movie, it was of course a porno.  She didn't want to do it, but she saw it was for $5,000.00 and she needed the money.  She was going to do it, but she backed out, and this really pissed Jackal off.  He refused to give her back the money, from her last 3 shoots.  He then told her he would give her all the money she had for the jobs plus $1,000.00 more by going out with him.  She went out with him, and he gave her a few drinks, she didn't think she drank that much, but later she woke up naked in a room with two other girls, and another guy.

She realized to little too late that Jaguar had gotten her drunk, and slept with her .  She then found out he had recorded them all having sex, and was going to distribute it as a porno.  She decided she had enough of California, and wanted to leave.  However when she went to get her money and things to return home, she discovered that her room had been broken into and everything was gone, her clothes, her money, everything.  She went to Jaguar to see if she could get the money he owed her, but he refused and unless she agreed to sleep with him, again. She was disgusted at his offer, and refused he got mad kicked her out of his office, and refused to pay her or give her the tape he made of her, and promised to send her mother a copy to show her how her daughter was a total slut.  After that she was kicked out of the hotel because she refused to sleep with the manager to keep her room.  So she had now been on the street for a few days, with only the clothes on her back, luckily found the card he gave her inside of the pants she was wearing.

After hearing her story Ben felt sorry for the young girl, and decided to help her out.  The first thing he decided to do was get her off the street.  He asked Sally to trust him, and held out his hand, for her to come with him.  Sally didn't know why, but Ben gave her a sense that she could trust him and she took his hand.  He led her to his car, and drove her to his hotel.  When they went up to his room Ben, told her to take a shower and left a pair of hotel pajamas and a pair of under wear that he got from the hotel gift shop for her to change into.  He also bought her another set of clothes he thought would fit from the gift shop.  When Sally was done showering, Ben told her to sleep in the next room, and they would talk in the morning.  Sally thanked Ben, kissed him on the cheek and got some much needed rest.  Ben stayed up and made a phone call to a few people who could help.  The first was to his sister who Ben explained the situation.  The next was to his brother in law in Montana to do a background check on Margaret or Margo.

Ben also made a call to an old acquaintance from Vegas.  This acquaintance told Ben if he ever needed anything he would try to help.  When Margo woke she ate a large breakfast of two stacks of pancakes and scrambled eggs with 12 strips of bacon.  She then was surprised to meet Ben's sister Chloe who Ben called to talk to Margo, he figured she would understand and help the young girl deal with this better than he would.  Ben told Chloe to take her to get some new clothes charge it to his account, and he would talk to them later.  Today he had a meeting with Tamara and Olivia about the current situation dealing with their lawsuit against Boykewich Int. .  He had drawn up an arrangement that could hopefully avoid going to court and save both parties from doing things they all might regret.
