A Ninja Heart (Naruto Fanfic,Completed)

"So.." Naruto said as Narumi,right by his side,ran with all the others through the forest. "Our necklaces are the real Yin and Yang powers given from Hagoromo?" Narumi nodded. 

Kakashi sensei told her that these necklaces held the first powers of the Yin and Yang,and the first one whom could control those releases was Hagoromo Ötsutsuki,the first man to reveal the secrets of the Shinobi world. 

"Naruto," Narumi said,looking at her brother with utter seriousness in her eyes. "We wield amazing power within us and within these necklaces... We have to make sure they're not used on bad things,Naruto." 

Naruto looked at his sister,and she could feel his sympathic look on her. Naruto had always kind of been the protective one between them,but she would always protect him even if it meant dying herself. Naruto refused death for anyone,it was surviving for everyone. But Narumi would always die to protect him. 

"You don't need to worry,sis," Naruto said. "We'll make it." 

They'd been running for quite some time,five or six hours if she wasn't wrong. And she just couldn't wait..Couldn't wait until they were close enough for Narumi to get her chance and run off. She knew it was reckless,but as said,she didn't do things without thinking them through. She was powerful,had more jutsu than any other jounin. 

But Sasuke..He'd been training just for that reason. She wondered if he,somehow,was even more powerful than he was back then. It never crossed her mind. After all,Sasuke managed to kill Orochimaru and the all mighty Itachi. 

Later that day,when everything went as planned in Narumi's own mind,she didn't hesitate to leave. She looked behind her,seeing Hinata and Naruto talking,Hinata mostly nodding and blushing at everything Naruto said. Sakura was talking to Shikamaru,it may not have been Sasuke,but she was sure that Sakura was thinking of Sasuke. Kiba and Shino were busy arguing about something..And as for Kakashi sensei and captain Yamato,they were talking to each other,giving her time to escape. 

She then started running through the woods,the nights only light in the moon. Narumi started jumping from branch to branch,and was starting to think about everything that was about to happen very soon. 

She'd cause a hell,she knew that..But there wasn't anything Madara wouldn't do to cause hell. 

After running a quite a while,she'd expect everyone to notice that she was gone,so for that,she'd have to teleport,leave them without a scent and leave Hinata's byakugan useless. She'd also have to be extremly careful with each bug she saw,Shino could be sending them to look for her. 

So Narumi teleported,about 2 miles away from the place she was. And not expecting anything,Narumi could already feel the enemies presence. 

"How'd you know.." Narumi said calmly,crouching on the ground with her left hand leaning on the ground. She could hear someone laugh,and she was pretty sure it was..

"Don't underestimate the power of a God,child." Madara Uchiha's voice was just the way she remembered it when he declared war,when he said that Sasuke was on his side. When he threatened to kill all of Konoha. 

The chills along her arms were resembling anger,and only anger. But she kept her calm,she couldn't attack without thinking. Narumi got up on her feet,but still didn't face them. Her hands went into fists,her teeth were already gritting,and her powers were already making themselves noticeable. 

"What's wrong? Are you afraid to fight?" That made Narumi smirk just as half of her face turned to face the mighty Madara Uchiha,and beside him a shocked Sasuke. For always keeping his calm,Narumi was surprised to see his shocked face. Had he changed that much? 

"That's what I came for." Narumi said,and with her speed she turned around fully,taking out several kunai's. 

She threw them at him with full strenght and speed,and teleported just below him,taking him by surprise,and knocking him out just as he dodged all the kunai's. She heard the white man,Zetsu,take a deep breath in. Narumi got a hold of Madara's wrist when she knocked him,and threw him away with her strength. 

He flew backwards,into a tree that broke and fell down to the ground. Narumi gave herself some credit for that flawless move. 

She never looked at Sasuke,didn't dare to. She was afraid that if she might look at him,all those things about getting him killed would fade away and turn into saving him instead. 

Madara got up from the broken tree and walked towards her,his mask a ruined just a bit. 

"You sure live up to your reputation,Narumi Uzumaki." She narrowed her eyes and took another run towards him,but on the way,she made ten shadow clones,everything in a dim mist. That gave her time to make a rasengan with the power of lightning and get her into sage mode. 

Just as expected her blocked her every shadow clone,which is why she jumped up in to the air and was about to hit him with her special rasengan. 

And she would have done it,if it wasn't for that stupid thing that used to be in team 7. 

Damn you,Sasuke Uchiha,she thought as Sasuke got in front of her with a blade in his hand,blocking her rasengan. He knew that she couldn't hurt him,that if she saw him,everything would fade inside of her. So when her anger faded into shock,so did her rasengan. 

She almost flew back,but did a gracefull backflip and landed on her feet. 

"I won't allow you to kill him." Sasuke said,his mangekyou sharingan shining in his eyes. She smirked,not looking into his eyes. That meant,she had a good chance of killing him. If Madara needed back up,then she probably had a chance of killing him,not a very big one,but still. 

"Sasuke." Narumi spit out,the name disgusting her deep inside. "You damn bastard." Sasuke chuckled and smirked at her,but there was something different in his smirk. Before it used to be somewhat..cool. Now it was covered with evil. 

"What are you doing here,Narumi."  

"Get out of my way,and I could just show you." Or else she'd have to kill Sasuke,too. Not that she'd say it. 

"You have to go through me to get to him."  She could see Zetsu,to her side,smiling like a retard,and see Madara cross his arms. 

"This should be interesting.." Madara mumbled as Narumi drew out her two swords. She looked into Sasuke's eyes,knowing that it was absolutely useless. There was a small silence,as Sasuke tried to use his mangekyou sharingan on her,but realized it wasn't any use. 

"What.." he breathed out,quickly getting back in position. Narumi smiled. 

"Your sharingan doesn't work on me in sage mode,Sasuke."

And without any word,Narumi teleported herself to him and almost hit him with her blade. Almost. 

He blocked it with his sword. 

Madara,calm as ever,sat on the edge of a bench and seemed pleased. Maybe he was stronger than Narumi anticipated.. And so was Sasuke. She had a feeling,this was going to be a long fight. 

"I have no intentions of killing you,Narumi." Sasuke said,giving her a look he always used to give her before at the Academy. But she didn't let herself be fooled. She couldn't loose her guard just cause of the look he was giving her,she knew better than that. 

"Too bad," she persisted. "Cause I do!" And with that,she teleported backwards just a couple of meters,and was ready to use her jutsu. 

"Water style,a thousand knives jutsu!" And that wasn't all. "Lightning style,black barrage!"

This was going to be some fight..
