The Yin and Yang bond

Both Naruto and Narumi were standing in front of their sensei,looking at him with something that looked like wonder. Narumi had never seen Kakashi sensei look so calm before,it was almost scary. 

"Happy birthday,you two," he said,smiling. Well,almost smiling. Narumi crossed har arms and bitterly looked down at the ground. It was about nine pm,and she had no interest in being out for much longer. 

"You're now both officially seventeen,grown up,powerful and well..." Kakashi looked at Naruto then at Narumi. "Almost smart." Ouch. 

Naruto obviously did things without thinking,but Narumi herself never did anything without thinking about it,going through it in detail,making no mistakes. That's what made her one of the best shinobi in the leaf village. She promised Naruto that she'd help him get at the seat of the Hokage,and he promised that she'd be his first priority while being Hokage. But they made that promise as kids. 

"I've got you both something,not only because it's your birthday,but also because you have grown to be powerful shinobi of the leaf." Kakashi said,taking something out of his pocket. In his hands were two necklaces. It was the Yin and Yang symbols. 

"These aren't just any kind of necklaces," Kakashi sensei explained,getting closer to both of them. Sakura looked at the necklaces with utter curiosity. "These necklaces are specillay crafted,I don't know what they do,but they're suppose to support jinchuriki,and since both of you are twins,the effect will be much more effective." He gave the white one,Yang,to Naruto. 

Naruto looked at it,probably not understanding anything. Narumi would have to explain later about the Yin and Yang..Or not. 

"The Yang is the male power,representing heaven and sun,the warm and the dry. Take good care of it,Naruto." Kakashi sensei smiled at him,and Naruto smiled back,his teeth showing. 

"Wow,thanks,sensei!" Kakashi nodded and waved him off. 

"If you'd give me a minute with Narumi.." Kakashi explained,just as her friends left her and Kakashi sensei alone. Narumi saw her friends leaving,wondering what Kakashi was about to talk to her about. Kakashi nodded her towards a bench near the trees,where not many people were. 

They sat on the bench,finally,and Kakashi held up the Yin necklace. "Do you know what this is,Narumi?" That was pretty bold. 

"Of course," she said tiring. "The female power of the Yin and Yang,representing the earth and the moon,the dark and the cold,but the hills and bones as well. The tiger is its creature,right?" Kakashi shook his head,as if he was pleased that she was wrong. 

But how could she be wrong? She'd learn about the Yin and Yang for ages,could even control the Yin and Yang release. 

"I should have given you the Yang necklace,since you're the strongest of the two of you..But,Narumi,I gave you the Yin cause,not only are you a female,but because the Yin reflects you; cold,dark,realistic (maybe too realistic sometimes) and you shine just like the moon when everything is dark." Narumi suddenly couldn't control her actions,and started blushing. 

She turned away quickly enough for him to not see. "And this necklace," he said,looking up at the shining moon. "Holds some different power from Naruto's necklace. It holds the true power of the Yin,while Naruto's necklace is only implanted with half of the Yang power." 

"What?!" Narumi burst out. She knew there were plenty of necklaces like this,but she never thought that the true necklaces,the ones worth more than she could think of,would be in Kakashi's hands. 

"Sensei," Narumi said,almost breathless. "Are these the first Yin and Yang necklaces?" Kakashi nodde seriously. 

"I see greatness in front of you,Narumi,but also danger. This necklace will not only help you contact your brother,but it will help you in battle,it will guide you. The true power of the Yin has always taken over the power Yang,always seems to cover brightness with darkness." She didn't quite understand why he was giving it to her.
