She'll be a scar

Kakashi's POV;

For months before Narumi returned Kakashi had always thought about Narumi.

Her blue eyes,her delicate face that was so alike Naruto's yet so different. She looked alike him,but there was a certain beauty to it. A beauty no one could overcome. Kakashi even remembered Naruto and Naruko as children. 

She was so innocent,so playful,so happy.. She was worse than Naruto,yet there was talent to everything she did. 

One time,one night,Akemi had approached him and that was also the night Narumi as off to a mission. 

He remembered everything. 

Then

"Do you miss her?" Kakashi smirked and smiled. Of course,he knew Akemi was following him like a dog. 

"Yes.." He'd said. "I miss her." 

Akemi sat beside him,as both of them saw the full view of the village.

"She's quite amazing." Akemi said. "To stop Madara and Kaguya.. Her brother is..-"

"He's probably the most powerful shinobi alive." Kakashi said,smiling. "It's just...Sasuke."

"She loves both of you." Akemi said neutrally. Kakashi intertwined his hands and nodded. 

"Yes.." he whispered. "I know she loves him,too."

"But she chose you." That's something Kakashi never understood. 

Sasuke had somehow always been there for her,and Kakashi wasn't always there. Sometimes Kakashi just..disappeared. Couldn't help her as much as Sasuke did. 

Yet,Narumi's love for him had been strong enough to choose him over Sasuke.

"I envy that." Akemi said. "I envy the love you have. You and Narumi." Kakashi looked at her and saw for the first time how alone and empty this girl was.

"Yea,you'll know the feeling one day."

"I hope so.." How come she reminded him of Narumi so much? "But the love you two have is just...unbreakable. It's like you're tied together!"

Now

But it hadn't been like that. 

Kakashi was now without Narumi's presence. She was a scar across his heart that no one could fix. She was the love of his life,and she would always be the love of his life. 

But she was gone now,and he couldn't turn back time. 

"Honey!" Akemi called from the kitchen as Kakashi sat at the table,hands on his chin. 

He was happy with Akemi. She was beautiful and there was nothing wrong with her..She was amazing,and she wasn't the problem here. No,Narumi was the problem here. 

That was just it!

Akemi wasn't Narumi,she would never approach Narumi's level on Kakashi's mind. 

"Yes?" Kakashi answered,rising from the table as he walked over to her. 

"Could you just help me a little.." Kakashi lost track of her words as he looked at Akemi.  It was like..Her black hair turned into gold,her black eyes turned into crystal blue,shining just as brightly as the moon. Her lips formed a little more and her face looked just like..

"Narumi.." he breathed out as he looked at Akemi.
