Killing for the one you love

Sasuke's POV; 

"What happened to her?" A girl with pitch white hair asked just as Sasuke,standing next to an injured Izuka,looked at Narumi whom had climbed up the waterfall close to the house. 

Sasuke had seen how red her eyes had been when she came back,how she'd said no words at all.. He simply knew by the look of dry blood on her hands that she had killed someone and had regretted it so badly she must've broken down in tears. 

"We were in a fight with the allied shinobi force.. Sasuke Uchiha here helped me out when I got captured while taking a leak-I mean seriously who does that?!- and then Narumi fought them all back..Well,most of them." Izuka said as the white haired girl stared blankly at them. 

From the look on her face,Sasuke could tell she envied Narumi for being so strong. Could he blame her? No,he couldn't. However,if this girl only knew how much pain Narumi's strength caused,she would not desire it. 

"She killed all of them?" the white haired girl asked as Narumi's blonde angelic hair blew away with the wind. 

"No,she hurt them." Sasuke said. "Unconscious,injured them till they could not move." But that was only to convince... 

As all of them looked up at Narumi,they saw another figure moving towards her.  figure with a mask on.. Sasuke knew only from the chakra that it was Madara and not Obito. He had a kunai in his hand,and was attacking Narumi. 

But she looked as prepared as ever,standing on the waterfall and blocking his hit. 

"Is that..?" A big guy behind Izuka came towards them and gawked. 

"Yes," Izuka said,whom had used his strange byakugan eyes. "That is Madara."

Narumi and Madara fought little by little,and it was quick taijutsu,blocking each other and hitting each other. Narumi,with emotionless eyes,seemed to have a passion for hitting him back as hard as possible. It was like she was pushing herself to it. 

"Water style,black rain jutsu!" Oil? She planned on using flammable oil on Madara? Sasuke had never seen anyone really do it,and didn't know Narumi could ever do it..But looks like she could after all.

"Fire style,fireball jutsu!" As she blew out fire from her mouth,usually allot more than she does in training,Sasuke saw fire flaming up,but by that time,Madara was also gone. 

And then he popped up agian,from nowhere,underneath Narumi's feet from the water. 

Suddenly Sasuke saw Narumi's sharingan and byakugan coming alive in her eyes,and somehow was at the same rate as Madara (even though Madara wasn't giving it all).

In the end,Narumi was pinned to the cliff beside the waterfall,but she looked totally fine. She was not breathless,didn't seem exhausted despite what she'd just done. But had basically given herself over.. Why was Madara even fighting her? 

He said something to Narumi,which made her nod,and was gone within seconds.

Narumi,soaking wet,came back with the same dead expression. 

Narumi's POV;

 Narumi was walking Sasuke back to the Akatsuki hideout where Hebi was hiding. And along the way,she still couldn't shake the thought from killing that man and injuring all those people.. Especially Hinata. 

But Neji's words had hurt her so much she could barely control herself. 

Did she do the right thing? Was it wrong? Whatever it was..Personally,those feelings felt wrong. 

"What did Madara say to you?" Sasuke asked her. 

She thought that no one saw the part where he'd spoken to her,but apparently someone had. Oh well..

"He said that from now on,I will no longer be trained by you. I will be his apprentice." 

"What?!" Narumi saw how Sasuke stopped before her,turning around,his face suddenly darkening,his eyes darker than usual. "You can't! I've nearly just started!"

"He was waiting for me to kill one of my own..Attacking Naruto wasn't enough. Killing someone from my village was. It took a life for Madara to trust me."

"Yet you plan to go against him!" Narumi looked up at him,surprised. How does he know about that? "You're still loyal to the shinobi of the leaf! I know you are..The Narumi I knew was warm hearted,even in battles she had a reason for fighting! I know you're risking your life for the sake of your village. To me..To me that is no secret!" Narumi couldn't help but smile..A sad smile was planted on her face as she slowly touched her neckalce she'd gotten from Kakashi. The Yin part..the dark one..the one that always cover Yang. 

"Are you going to tell him?" Narumi asked silently,looking down at the ground. Sasuke stared at her with hard eyes,desperate eyes. She barely saw this on Sasuke..He was always calm,even in battle..

He didn't answer,but she already knew the answer from just looking at him. The answer was simple and clear,he wouldn't tell Madara. He wouldn't.. And the reason why he wouldn't was even easier. Sasuke loved her. 

For some reason,it made Narumi's eyes burn with unwilling tears. It was just like she was drowning in something she didn't deserve. 

Without knowing,Narumi looked up at Sasuke and slowly,she started crying. 

"Why are you crying?!" Sasuke shouted at her,coming towards her. "Why the hell are you crying?!" He ran to her and hugged her tightly,her head burrowed in his chest as she cried. 

"Why?!" he said again,hugging her  hard. It made Narumi cry even more..She didn't deserve this. Didn't deserve Sasuke's touch. Didn't deserve love. She dind't deserve Kakashi either.. She loved Kakashi so much..She loved him with all of her heart and he would be so sad to know that she didn't love just him,but Sasuke,too..

Her heart was confused,was asking what place was right for her. And the sorrow her soul carried.. A death upon her own allies. A death upon a soul that.. 

Narumi hugged Sasuke back,sobbing. "He probably had a family." she sobbed. "He had promises! Someone who loved him! If I lost Naruto,Kakashi..Or you,I would be lost!" she sobbed in Sasuke's chest,her heart sinking with each breath she took.

She felt Sasuke's jaw clench. "Don't.." he said to her as they both fell down to the ground,together. 

"I killed that man!" she sobbed into his chest,hugging him tightly,as if he was the only person that could truly understand her now. Sasuke lifted up her chin,and surprisingly enough..There were tears in his eyes. He cupped her face and leaned his forehead against hers. 

"You did nothing wrong,you idiot..!" he whispered to her. "If you didn't kill him,he would've killed you! And I swear on my life,if you were dead..I would've slaughtered them all!" Sasuke said loudly,making Narumi stare at him with wide eyes. 

"Sasuke.."

"Narumi,I love you! Had you not killed him,then I would've!" he said. "Having you here is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I know you miss your friends,but to me..You being here is the best thing in the whole world! You give me joy every day,Narumi..Just by seeing you,talking to you,arguing with you,touching you.." 

Narumi smiled through the tears,touching his hand as she smiled and closed her eyes. 

"I'll always be with you."
