Narumi's POV;

"Why did you come here?" Narumi said, cleaning her blades as she looked over at Naruto. Her look was cold, and she had to keep that look.

"I...That doesn't matter, what matter is that for some reason-" Narumi interrupted him.

"As the Lords said,it pays good money. The man himself want the Kage's killed for another reason.." she said thoughtfully. "There has to be.."

Kakashi nodded. "But for some reason, they wanted to kill you, too. They didn't hesitate for a second to attack their own comrade."

"That's because I refused to kill the five Kage." Narumi said to Kakashi, looking straight at him. It was as if she actually dared to this time. "You shouldn't have come.. It's only dangerous for you to be here."

"Narumi," Naruto said, looking at her surprisingly. "We defeated Kaguya and Madara together, why should we be afraid of these assassins?"

"Because they've learned incredibly old jutsu,Naruto!" she yelled at him. "The jutsu they learn is completely different from what we learn at the academy, and only I and Izuka know the jutsu amongst us." And the jutsu were indeed dangerous. It could go form melting your bones into compelling you to kill yourself.

Narumi knew that some of the old Uzumaki seals were used here as well, and the Reaper Death seal was used here, too. It was the seal that her father,Minato, had used to save her and Naruto...

"They don't stand a chance against us,Narumi. You know it. Believe it or not,but I think I'm far stronger than you." Naruto said, and to be honest Narumi wasn't surprised. She knew that Naruto had surpassed her, whether she liked it or not. But then again, she was allot better at combat than he was.

Sasuke looked at everyone, seeing that both Narumi and Naruto needed a moment alone. "We'll go see if there's any traces..Come on." Narumi and Naruto stood alone as the others ran off. They were blankly staring each other,as if they were strangers.

When they left,Narumi asked.. "Why'd you come,Naruto?"

Naruto looked down at the ground, but answered her less than three seconds. "I've had it.." Yea,cause that gave her so much information.. "I mean, with losing you."

"You never-"

"Don't tell me I never lost you,Narumi," he interrupted, gazing at her meaningfully. "I lost you the minute you left the village. You're my sister, and I did almost nothing to stop you.. I thought it was better that way. If you went and forgot about Kakashi, and me and if you just...kept whatevers inside of you." Narumi looked down at the ground.

He was right.. It was better-

"But," Narumi looked up at him,his eyes dark. "I realised I was wrong. I remembered all the times something troubled me,and you were always there to support me. We fought through it with each other, like two halfs of one. Side by side, you always had my back, and I always had yours. You took the last shot on Madara, just like I took the last move on Kaguya." Narumi's eyes were burning, but she hated to accept that it was tears burning in her eyes.

"I can't fight anything without you,and I know you can't fight anything without me." Which was true.

Once she felt Naruto's presence,it was like everything inside of her was better, stronger and faster.

Suddely Sasuke came running from the woods with his blade in his hand, bloody again. Narumi looked at Naruto, knowing that they had to run off once again.

-

That night they made a fire and went to sleep. Of course, someone had to stay up for the very obvious reason of keeping watch. Narumi was the one to stay up,considering she couldn't sleep at all..

She touched her necklace slightly, her thumb touching the surface of the necklace she'd been given by Kakashi. She couldn't believe that so much had happened...

Narumi heard a sound from the woods and turned around violently, taking up her blade as she pointed the sharp end of it to Kakashi's chin. She looked up at him,and he looked down at her, holding his hands up.

She lowered her blade and sat back on the stone near the river.

"May I join you?" Well,on this fine evening? She wouldn't blame him.. The sky was beautiful tonight, the stars were shining in the most odd and beautiful way ever.. It looked magical.

Kakashi sat down on a stone next to her,and gazed up at the moon. For a while it was just quiet, but Narumi didn't really mind..Looking at the moon calmed her down, and she tried her best to ignore Kakashi's presence.

"I never told you why-"

"That day," Narumi said calmly. "When I left..I was hoping that I would have no connection to any of you. I was hoping, most of all,to loose any contact to you. And I hoped that Sasuke would fall in love with someone else, just like you did."

He was quiet, said nothing for a while. Then he talked..

"I had no intention of not being with you..I loved you, more than anything. You gave me reason to live. But you misunderstood it all,Narumi. Yes,I love Akemi, but I loved you more. And when you left,I had no choice but to be with her-"

"You make it sound like you're forced to be with her," Narumi gritted her teeth, her face hiding under her hair that covered her like curtains. "I know, deep inside, that when you kissed her you wanted to. And it's okay..I'm okay with that, because we can't force love. You love her,and I'm over it. I'm over you,and-"

"I think of you every night." Kakashi suddenly said. Narumi's eyes went wide open. "There wasn't passing one day by this entire year while I wasn't thinking of you every single night. I used to see Sasuke talking midnight walks every night, going to the spot you spent most time..Do you remember? The woods.." Kakashi laughed quietly,as if he was brining back memories. And Narumi was doing just that.

She remembered the woods, and she remembered Kakashi teaching her everything he knew.

"I used to go there, too. That's why I saw Sasuke there. I looked up at the sky and would sometimes see the moon..It reminded me of you." Narumi looked at him,her eyes wide,shocked.. She was speechless, didn't know what to say. Her eyes were red from burning tears she was swallowing.

"Bright, shining as the only light when everything is dark. You helped me,you were my light. You were Naruto's light, and Sasuke's light.. You still-"

"You can't tell me these things!" she interrupted him, gritting her teeth. "You have Akemi!"

"Narumi,I-"

"I chose you over Sasuke!" Narumi stood up,her face dark and raging. She held her fists tight. "I can forgive that, considering that I know Sasuke was always my choice. But,what I can't forgive is chosing you over my brother." Kakashi was surprised to hear that, she saw that. She knew he wasn't expecting Naruto in this.. But this had everything to do with her twin.

"I chose to protect you and spend my life with you, instead of protecting my brother and keeping my promises to him,be there for him. I chose you over a dangerous mission my brother had with Sasuke just so we could spend time together! I chose you over my brother so that you could become Hokage! I chose you over my brother on our birthday! And most of all,I chose you over my brother when he was almost dying." Narumi looked down at Kakashi and how hard and furiously her heart was beating.

"Choosing you was a mistake,Lord Sixth."
