The Uzumaki Lie

Naruto had been furious..He'd killed everyone just to get to his sister,and didn't bother to go to the other fields to kill any other Zetsu body,but he was desperate to get to his sister.

Who'd hit her that roughly..? And why did Kakashi simply leave his target in Sai's hands? It almost looked like Sai told Kakashi to leave. Did he? And why had Sasuke come to her rescue? Did that little twat have anything to do with it all?

But Naruto didn't have to go far.. He already saw Kakashi sensei started walking towards a cave with Narumi,but he didn't have Sasuke after him and he was okay. Was this Kakashi's plan? Whatever it was,Naruto had to go after before something happened.

Naruto was just about to run towards Kakashi sensei,maybe throw a blow,but before he even could do that someone stopped him by the shoulder,taking him back.

"H-" His mouth was being covered by a hand,but there wasn't any threatening feeling to it. In fact,it was only Sai.

Sai saw that Naruto noticed him and finally let go of him,but also made a gesture for him to be quiet. Up in the trees it was none likely that Kakashi sensei would hear them,in fact,Naruto doubted Kakashi sensei even sensed a presence. But the problem was that Kakashi sensei hadn't walked into a cave,but he was laying against a tree with Narumi's head on his lap.

"Eh?" Naruto said,looking weirdly at the scene before him. What is going on? Why is he looking at her like that?

"He's in love with her." Naruto almost didn't hear Sai at all,but it was hard to ignore the fact that Sai had just told Naruto that their sensei loved his twin sister. Basically a version of Naruto,but in a female body. How can Kakashi be in love with that?

"What are you talking about,Sai..?" Naruto asked with narrowed eyes,looking at Sai with concern. Was he serious?

"Narumi told me herself.. She loves him,and he loves her,but they know they can't be together-"

"Stop." Naruto said,his head the ground beneath them. "I don't believe a word you're saying." But then again,whenever Naruto looked at his sister with Kakashi sensei,he saw it clearly.. All the time,he seemed to persue her with his look,always watching her every move..

Somehow,Naruto didn't want to believe it,that's why he decided to stay hidden in the branches until Narumi awoke,so that he could see for himself.. Sai stayed by his side,his look sharp. It was already dark,the stars were shining,and Kakashi was still looking at Narumi with eyes that looked so regretfull..

But not much later,she awoke and when she did,her eyes were darting everywhere..Naruto knew she wouldn't be able to sense his and Sai's presence,simply because she wasn't on guard and she wasn't in sage mode nor Nine tails mode.

Naruto couldn't hear everything..Some words were still unclear in his ears,but he knew that when Narumi reached to hug Kakashi sensei,he saw that there was no denying she was leaning all her sorrow on Kakashi sensei's chest. She never turned to anyone,she always seemed happy..And the fact that she kept this away from Naruto hurt him.

"Don't let go.." He heard Narumi say,somehow that was loud and clear to him. Now everything seemed clear. The way they looked into each other's eyes when they spoke,the connection that tied them while looking at each other..It all seemed so confusing to Naruto.

Naruto was gawking,surprised and yet not a single shred of anger pointed to his heart. No,but rather sadness,disappointment.

"That is what you don't know about your sister,Naruto." Sai said,both of them looking at Narumi hugging Kakashi sensei whom wrapped his arms around her and said something to her. "She may seem like a cold hearted person..But her heart is ripped in pieces,and Kakashi sensei is healing it." Yea..it seemed like it.
