I open my eyes to the early morning sunlight. Rikki's arms are still wrapped around me. I hurt from the lethal mix of rugby practice after losing a game and drinking too much Jack. Rikki's arms tighten around me and I know that he's awake.

"Baby, you up?" He wonders quietly.

"Slightly." I say and he laughs like he's still half asleep. "My back hurts."

"I can see why, you have some wicked bruises." Rikki runs his fingers along my spine and I squirm. "You must love the sport."

"I do, even though it kills me." I admit.

Rikki's warm hands run along my back making me feel better. I roll over to face him, he kisses my forehead and plays with my hair. I listen to his heartbeat and we're quiet for a while.

It's weird how just being around someone can fill your time. You don't have to be talking or having sex, just being in the same room with someone you care about. It's kinda weird actually. You crave that person, you want to spend every second of every day with them.

Rikki's hands move down my the lengths up my hair, picking up my face in his hands. He squishes my face then laughs. I smile and try to drop my face but Rikki holds it up. He runs his fingers up through the roots of my hair. Rikki makes a stupid face and I laugh.

"I love you." He tells me and I smile.

"I love you to." I say.

"Then you've gotta tell me something." Rikki bargains.

"Okay." I say kinda confused.

"What's been up with you lately? You seem more worried." He admits and my eyes dart around.

"Have you ever heard that saying that the Satan doesn't come to you with a red face and horns but as everything you've ever wanted. Usually when things go good in my life for a while, something really bad happens." I explain. "I'm scared that I'm going to wake up and it all be a dream. That I'm still in New York or something. Maybe I'm crazy."

"Honey, you are crazy. We've covered this. As for something bad happening, I'm not that easy to get rid of." Rikki laughs and I smile.

"Okay, fair enough." I smile.

"Did you ever realize that I'm a drummer and you're a guitar player and we're all couple-like. Your brother is a guitar player and Ashley is a drummer and they're all couple-like to." He explains and I think for a minute.

"That's really fucking weird." I smile and he laughs. "Ashley and CC are going on a date later today. I'm thinking of going to spy on them so CC doesn't fuck up."

"So he's not good at the whole flirting thing either?" Rikki wonders and I laugh.

"That's the part he's good at." I explain. "Keeping a girl on the other hand..." I trail off and Rikki laughs.

"That's where twin comes in?" He wonders and I nod.

"That's where twin comes in." I agree.

"You two do make a good team." Rikki admits and I shrug.

"It's hard not to, I mean we've been together since like the womb." I half smile.

"Fair enough." He agrees.

"He really likes Ashley, I can see it." I say. "She really likes him to."

"Maybe with having Ashely to keep him in line, he won't get into so much trouble." Rikki says but we both laugh. "She's good for him."

"Oh yeah, definitely but CC not getting in trouble? When hell freezes over, maybe." I laugh and Rikki smiles.

"We also thought the same thing with telling him we were together. Yet here we are, both still alive." Rikki brings up.

"I like us together." I smile.

"I like us together to." Rikki brushes his lips on mine.

"I'm gonna go shower." I say as I get up.

"I'll be in in a minute." Rikki calls and I smile.

I'm the luckiest girl on the planet. Rikki makes me laugh and he treats me like a queen. He gets along fine with my brother. I love him to death. I think we're perfect for each other. Yeah, completely and utterly, beyond a shadow of a doubt, perfect for each other.
