It's been about a month since I moved to LA, I've worked quite a bit, I've irritated my brother which is always fun, I've almost completely fallen for my brother's drummer. So LA has been eventful.
Rikki and I have been successfully dating for a couple of weeks with out any other Poison members finding out. Jesus, I didn't realize how much four adult males could be like teenage girls (minus the hair and the makeup, of course because that's obvious). Those four do everything together! I've yet to see them go to the bathroom together but I'm sure that's coming. Rikki and I have found fun in watching movies late at night and other late night activities (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). At least then, we're certain that a random musician won't walk in on us.
We've talked about talking to CC about it all but the more we talk about it the less we want to do it. I believe we've both agreed that it'd be a cold day in hell before we bring it up to CC. Not that we want him to find out through someone else but we kinda do. We might live to see another day that way.
"Baby, when are you done?" Rikki wonders, sitting on the counter at the record store.
"Not for another hour." I tell him and he pulls me closer to him with his legs.
"But I'm board." He says over dramatically, making me smile. "How much trouble would you get into if you just closed up shop?" He wonders with a smile.
"I'd probably get fired." I admit as he plays with my ponytail.
"Why do you tie your hair back? It's so pretty down?" Rikki wonders.
"I don't know, I just put it up today." I admit and he rests his arms on my shoulders, knocking his forehead on mine.
"What if we went into the back room and--" I cut him off knowing what he's going or say.
"I'd definitely get fired." I say and he smiles.
"I'm not sure, I think we should test that theory." Rikki says making me smile again.
Rikki kisses the bridge of my nose before my lips and chin. My smile broadens as he does so and I end up laughing. Rikki starts laugh and continues to kiss me randomly all over my face, neck, and hair. I end up burying my head in his shoulder to muffle my laughter. I feel Rikki play with my hair.
"I love your laugh. I'd do anything to hear it." He admits.
"Yeah?" I wonder and I gently bite his neck. Rikki squirms and laughs.
"Yeah." He tells me quietly. "What movies are we going to watch tonight?" I stand up so I can face him.
"I thought you were the movie expert?" I wonder with a smile.
"Still want me to pick?" He laughs.
"I only know the movies we've watched." I explain and he nods.
"Fair enough." Rikki smiles and I put my forehead on his shoulder, he laughs again. "Tired are we?"
"Yeah, I am." I say without moving.
"Is CC still on you about coming home late?" He wonders.
"Not so much but he was worried that second night, I didn't get home until close to six am." I admit. "I think he's just worried."
"Yeah, it makes sense. I mean you're his only sister right?" Rikki asks.
"No, we have an older sister Ana. She's married with a kid. She's not exactly like us." I admit.
"So you guys are A, B, C?" Rikki laughs and I smile.
"I guess we are." I admit.
We stay close to each other like this for a while, nobody comes in this close to closing as a rule so I don't have to worry about people walking in on me and my boyfriend. Or so I thought.
Rikki had put his head on my shoulder and was playfully kissing my neck and nipping at it every once in a while, making me laugh. I had wrapped my arms around him and his arms were still wrapped around me. For how much Rikki likes to kiss my neck and bite at it (leaving marks of course), CC and the others hadn't noticed the hickies at all. I suppose that's a good thing.
That's about the time we hear something that caught us both off guard.
"No Bobby, I'm telling you--" Bret's voice rings through the store.
Before we have a chance to move, Bret and Bobby are in the record store looking at us. They both smile like they had wanted this all along but I'm still really worried that they're a direct pipeline to CC.
"Told you there were hickies on Bianca's neck." Bobby finally says something.
"What does big bad brother think about this, Bee?" Bret smiles, challenging me.
"And Rikki banging CC's little sister. What happened there?" Bobby challenges Rikki.
The thing is, neither of us have a proper answer. What does CC think of this? I assume he'd be pissed off. Maybe try to kill us, depends on the day. I know that if they let it slip to CC we're SOL big time. It seems to click their heads relatively fast.
"CC doesn't know." Bobby guesses.
"Guess it makes sense, Rikki is still walking." Bret adds. "Are either of you actually going to talk?"
"How long?" Bobby wonders.
"Two weeks." I answer. "Are you going to tell CC?"
"Are you?" Bret wonders.
"Eventually." Rikki speaks up.
"Meaning never." Bobby translates. "Tell you what, you have a week to tell him. If not, I'll tell him you were screwing his little sister in the back room. Fair?"
"Yeah." Rikki admits.
"Yeah." I agree.
"Seven days." Bret adds.
Seven days to tell CC that I'm in love with one of his best friends. I don't think I could do that properly with seven weeks.
Rikki
Seven days, a week, 168 hours, 10080 minutes, 604800 seconds, to tell my best friend that I'm in love with every little thing about his twin sister. Every hair on her head, every freckle on her body, every bit of humour in her voice. Everything about Bianca I love. Seven days isn't enough time to tell someone why you're good enough for their little sister. Having a sister, no guy is ever good enough for her. In CC's eyes, I'll never be good enough for Bianca. I'm not good enough for her, that's as close to prefect as one could possibly get.
Jesus. This is going to be fun.
