Chapter 13 "Screw this Letter"

Garroth's P.O.V

Heh...that feeling when we kissed never got out of me.

Do I have to keep this a secret?

I just want tell the world that she's mine....

But They don't Know About Us...

I feel like I'm cheating on Laurence because I'm not telling him about me and Aphmau's relationship....

He does love her...I need to tell him the truth...

"Garroth"

Laurence said while coming inside.I shook my head and faced him nervously.

"Yeah?"

He sat in front of me and did his serious face.

"Uhh...heh...this can be hard to say but....do you and Aphmau have a relationship or something?"

I just sat there frozen.Should I lie? Maybe I should.

"Uh,no! She wouldn't go out for a freak like me hehehe..."

Laurence gave me a weak smile.He looked sad and looked at the floor.

"Garroth....why do you hurt me this way? How could you lie to me? Your best friend? I can't believe you..."

He stood up and walked away.

"Laurence... What are you talking about?"

Does he know already?

"You know exactly what I'm talking about"

I looked at his eyes.There wasn't much to see but...his eyes can tell his emotions.Now,I can see hurt and sadness in it.

He stopped but he didn't face me.

"You just did.You should've told me before I even saw you and Aphmau kissing....."

I just stood there.What am I supposed to do?

"Heh...funny because for a moment there I thought my brother would tell me the truth about his and my love's relationship....I guess not"

Laurence just went up the stairs showing no emotion.I stroked back my hair in frustration.

Gosh! I sat on the couch and thought of a way to settle this....

"Ughhh!......Dante!"

I could call Dante! He can help me!

I ran to the telephone and dialled his number.

"Garroth?..."

"Dante I need your help please come here now"

"Garroth it's late in the evening! *yawn* I want to look good for Kawaii-chan you know?"

My eyes widened.Kawaii-Chan? He has a thing for her?"

"You like Kawaii-Chan! Wait,was that the girl with a panda hat?"

"What! I-uh heh,No! PSH! I don't *cough* like her *cough."

I could feel him blushing on the other line...or am I just imagining that? I imagine a lot of things...to me being a head guard and that I'm stuck in a dimension where if it's a minute for me it's a year for them.Is there a parallel universe Garroth? Maybe, maybe not.

"Just admit it Dante! You like Kawaii-chan!"

I said,teasing him.I like teasing Dante.He's very serious at times.

"Ugh! Fine! I like her! What are you gonna do about it?"

I laughed. Typical Dante.

"Nothing... But can you come over here? I have a very serious problem with....Laurence"

I sighed.

"What? How...why? It's the first time you guys fought.What happened?"

I stroked back my sandy blonde hair and sighed.

"It...It's a long story I'll explain as soon as you come here"

"Sure I'll come there...bye"

"Bye...Thank you Dante"

I sighed and put the phone down.

Should I go to Laurence? Maybe I should.I went up the stairs and stood at the front of his door.

Should I knock? I'm hesitating to.Should I? Maybe not.

*ding*

Dante! I ran to the door and opened it.

Only no one was there only a letter was left on the floor.

I picked it up and read the letter...

I shaked as I crumpled it in my hand.

"Screw this letter..."
