Thanks for my new friend Amelia-bell for making this gorgeous trailer!! :)
Today is the third week after the incident. And I can't believe it. Doing things 'We' used to do before are now memories.
It's hard to see things without thinking of him, because everywhere I look is just reminding me of 'him' ..
I am interrupted by the song coming from my radio. It's the song ' Art of letting go'. I chuckled to myself and thought, what a coincidence?
Shaking my head, I sighed.
I wonder what will happen to me in the future. Will I be able to move on? Did he already move on? What is he doing now? Is he with someone new? I have a lot of questions on my mind which are never answered.
There was never a time when I did not think of him. After all, I always wish him all the good things in life. Since the day he left, I never seen or heard anything about him. I know one day our paths will cross again and I know that everything happens for a reason.
I did not notice that I was crying until my phone rang. I picked it up and answered.
"Hello?"
"Sam! Finally you answered my call. I've been trying to reach you a couple of days ago and I am going insane thinking if you're alright or what, gosh!" I can hear her long sigh.
I feel guilty that I made her worried over me.
She knows what I've been going through.
"Sorry." I mumble. Touching my necklace.
"Fine, just don't you dare do it again okay?"
"Promise. I will never forget that." I smiled knowing that she can't see me.
"Okay so here's the thing, I called you because I want to talk to you, hang out with you, shop with you, anything! You know, a 'BFF day' , just you and me". She said excitedly.
I know that she missed me because I've been out of the earth since that 'day'. Part of me knows that she's doing this too, for my sake, just like the way that she always tell me that: 'there's always a rainbow after the rain'.
I know I can't say no and besides I'm missing her too! Why not spend this day with her right?.
"Sure. what time, when and where?"
"Yes!! Okay, I'll text you the details! "
"Okay, okay. Chill! We don't want you to pee on your pants for getting excited, do we? Because, that's really disgusting!" I joked.
"Eeww!! You're disgusting you know that? Be thankful I love you because if I don't, you are really dead!! Okay see you later dear," then she hang up the phone.
"Very nice conversation. " I told myself, smiling.

"Hmm, I really love being here. You know, the ambiance, the people, everything! And don't
forget the food!" I mumbled after munching my chicken burger. Talk about manners.
"I know right?, plus they always got cute customers around! " Myra said happily.
"Yeah, yeah. You keep on saying that everywhere. Even in the mall, then rate them from one to ten. " That's true, Myra has eyes for cute and hot guys.
We've been together since high school. And even now that we have our own jobs, we still hangout together. No wonder she knows everything about me.
I am not rich, but my family makes sure to give everything I need right from the start. That's why my brother and I were so thankful. They told us that if you wanted to have a great life, you must work hard for it with passion. And that's what I'm aiming.
Complete opposite of it, Myra can get anything she wants in just a snap. She came in a well known family but she never shoves it in my face. She lives like a normal person, without body guard or a nanny around her. But her parents were never around her. They're always on their business trip, never bothered asking how she is. And she is already used to it.
I look around and saw this cute couple chatting together. And remember the time I was in that place.
*Flashback *
"Hey, that's us after ten years" he said pointing at the couple on the other table. I blush thinking he's planning on marrying me someday.
"You think so?"
"Yep! Why, do you think we won't? You think I will let you go? Sorry but that's not going to happen dear." He said and winked at me.
"Oh, I'm sorry I forgot how possessive you are. My fault." I smirked at him.
"Say what you want babe". Then we both laughed.
*End of Flashback *
I sighed thinking where that memories went.
"Hey, hey, hey you zoned out. What's wrong?" Myra asked.
"Nothing, I just remembered something. " I smiled at her weakly.
"Oh, are you sure it's 'something'? Or is it someone?"
"Hmm. Don't push it Myra. I'm trying to forget it you know." I mumble.
"I know, I just want to remind you that you can't wash it all the way in just a tick of the clock. It takes time. It's alright to cry, to feel the pain. It will all be worth it in the end. " she said smartly.
"Thanks, I am so glad you're my best friend. When did you get smart by the way?" I teased her.
"I'm smart! It's only you who didn't acknowledge it!"
"Oops, sorry for my lack of acknowledgement. " We both laugh.
It's nice being with her again.
