Friends

Luke called me that he was waiting down at the lobby in my office so I hurriedly made my way down when it's time for lunch. I saw him smiling and talking with someone whom I can't figure it out who it is until I've reaches them. Camilia is standing in front of him and I can feel that they are catching up. I don't feel threatened or I mean jealous by her because I know that they were just friends. Camilia waves her hand to me and I smiled at her in return.

"Your dog is waiting patiently for you." She teases Luke who just rolled his eyes and grabs me by my waist. He kissed my cheeks and I pinch his cheeks.

"He told me about you skipping lunch?" she said and I can't help but glare at Luke.

"It's just a onetime thing; please don't tell your dad. I don't want him to feel a little bit guilty about it." I told her, I really don't want Mr. Bennett thinks that it's his fault why I didn't eat my lunch yesterday.

"Okay, but promise me you are not going to do that again. It's not healthy and besides I don't want your boyfriend keeps on bugging me about it." I laugh and glare at Luke once more but he just ignores me and continues smelling my hair.

"Don't worry, that is going to be the first and last." I told her and we said our goodbyes.

We made our way to his car and he started to leave the parking lot.

"Babe, next time you don't have to tell her everything you know?" I look at him and he just winks at me.

"I'm serious Luke"

"Fine, fine I promise. It's not my intention to tell her, it's just happen when she saw me waiting for you."

I nod and smiled at him.

We are waiting for our order when Luke started to speak.

"Babe, I need to tell you something. I hope you don't get mad at me." I can feel the nervous that he is been keeping.

"What is it? " I ask as I lean forward to him.

"Okay, you know that Tanya is still been staying in our house with my family and I know that you are not comfortable being around her but like what I have told you, she's my friend and just a friend. My family is going to have a dinner tomorrow and of course they want you to be there like I do, I want you to be there babe, but if you don't want to well, that's fine also." He told me, waiting for my response.

I know that Tanya is his friend, and I can't take that away from him. I promise him that he can hang out with her without me being a jealous girlfriend, and maybe this is the time that I should already change my point of view on her and start a fresh new start with her also to give her a chance. They're just friends and that's all.

I smiled at him and nod.

"I'll go with you, you're right. That's all in the past and I'm holding on through your words that you are just friends with her. It's not her fault in the first place that you both had something in the past. So yeah, I'll do it for you." I told him and yes I will try because of him, because I love him more than anything.

He looked at me and didn't say anything, I wonder why.

"Stop staring Luke" I said and instead of saying something, he kissed me right on the lips in surprise. I can feel the need and love with the short kiss then he pulled away.

"You are acting a little bit of strange babe..."

"That is because I love you, and I will never get tired of saying and showing it to you."
