"Laurel wakey-wakey eggs and bac...is it bakey or bacon? I'm never sure. Wake up Laur-oomph!" I cried out when I was viciously assaulted by my own pillow.

"Oh my god shut up." She growled burrowing deeper into my comforters. Needless to say, Laurel is not a morning person.

"Wake up there's bacon." I beamed bouncing on my bed that she occupied. Well more like kicked me off of...

Laurel got out of bed the instant she heard bacon. After the fight, we both decided to ditch and call it a night. We sealed our friendship with our first official sleepover.

Laurel hated the idea, but I was totally persuasive. And it only cost me my bed and twenty dollars (which Reese's wallet will pay for.)

We both bounded the stairs. The kitchen was completely empty and Laurel turned to glare at me.

"Food, you promised food." She growled gesturing to food that had yet to be made.

"I said there's bacon. I never said it was made. That's where you come in." I grinned at her. Laurel glared at me before shoving me out of the way. Shockingly enough, she started making breakfast with no complaint.

Grinning cheekily to myself I skipped upstairs. Without so much as a second thought, I barged into Reese's room.

Maybe I should learn how to knock...

"Oh my god." I cried out hysterically trying not to laugh too loud. I pulled out my phone and snapped a few pics of the boys.

On Reese's bed were Hans and Nate. All the boys were in the spooning position. Of course it would be Reese that was cuddling one of the many stuffed animals I gave him.

I mass messaged the picture to all the girls on dance team and the boys. It was Nate who woke up with a start. His brown eyes bulged in horror as he caught himself in the middle of a man sandwich. His eyes zeroed in on me mortified.

"If it makes it any better...I was thinking of a chick the whole time I was holding your brother." He blurted out. Nate winced when he heard himself. Let's just say, I'll never let them die this down.

"I always knew you had a thing for Reese." I giggled, "Laurel is making breakfast. I came up to see if you boys wanted any."

"Food? Or lay here with two guys who reek of alcohol? I think the food will always be my answer." He replied sarcastically, wasting no time in climbing out of the bed.

Together we both clambered down the stairs. Things had definitely changed between us. I don't know quite what it is, but it was different.

I felt more aware around him. Like I was aware I had bed head, or that my adventure time pajama pants were immature.

Was I self conscious around him?

"You're thinking...should I be worried?" Nate chuckled.

"No." I blushed, staggering ahead.

The kitchen wafted with a delicious smell. Was it bad that I was drooling? Laurel finished a pancake before she turned to us. I think she had a permanent scowl.

"I'm not cooking for him." Is all she said before she began to cook another pancake.

"Please big red?" Nate pouted like a sad puppy.
