The next evening you were back at work, just like every normal one. You pretended like nothing was wrong and smiled and joked around like nothing had happened. The last thing you wanted right now was people to see how miserable you felt right now. You just wanted to free your mind and you were happy that people weren't asking you to many questions. EXO was also here today, you asked them to come. If Jaehoon would also come here tonight you would need them.
The first part of the evening was fun. You served some drinks, made a chat with some costumers, danced with your friends and much more. Your mood was perfect right now and you actually truly forgot everything for a while. Haejoon wasn't even in your thoughts anymore, of course he wasn't until he suddenly walked in. The moment he did you were talking to a woman who wanted to have a conversation with you. You were leaning against a table so your back was facing him. You didn't even noticed him, until he suddenly turned you around and shook you.
You were equally surprised and didn't react at all, you just stared at him. "Just don't be this childish and take me back!" He said and you just snapped. You hit his hands away and took a step away from him. "Suck it asshole, I'm not even thinking about it!" You cleched your eyes shut when he swung his hand up to hit you. You waited and opened your eyes again when nothing happened. You gasped and tuggen at Baekhyun's shirt who was now standing right in front of you. "Don't you even dare to touch her!" Baekhyun screamed and pushed Haejoon.
You knew that this moment was coming but you didn't want Baekhyun to get hurt. Haejoon stumbled back and pushed Baekhyun too. "She's my girlfriend! I can touch her whenever I like!" Baekhyun grabbed his shirt and pushed him against the wall. "She was your girlfriend! You messed it up! Now leave her alone or you'll pay for it!" You screamed when suddenly Haejoon punched Baekhyun right in his face and he fell onto the ground. The security immediately grabbed Haejoon and pulled him out. He was still screaming your name but you barely noticed.
You kneeled down next to Baekhyun and whiped away the blood on his cheek. "Baekhyun, are you okay?" The tears were in your eyes, seeing him hurt like this. "I'm fine." He growled and pushed your hands away. He was embarrassed because he was hit and hadn't been able protect you. "Let's treat that." You said, ignoring his temper and pulling him with you to the kitchen. There you closed the door so the music was not so loud anymore and you didn't had to scream to understand each other.
You left Baekhyun sitting on a table and went to get the first aid kit. When you came back he was already walking around the room again, still angry. You sighed and walked up to him, wrapped your arms around his waist and cried softly. He froze for a moment but then he relaxed and held you firmly. "Thank you." You wispered while clunging onto him, craving for some touch. He rubbed your back and hushed in your ear.
You gasped when his lips touched your neck and shivered. You didn't think that his lips were this soft. You pulled back a little and looked him in the eye. He was staring right back at you, not even thinking about looking away. "You deserve better __________-ah." he wispered while putting some hair behind your ear. You nodded, he was right, you did deserve better. You deserved someone who wouldn't cheat on you and who would truly love you with all his heart, and you had found him.
You ignored your mind that was yelling at you, telling you this was wrong and pressed your lips against Baekhyun's. He stiffened, really surprised by your sudden action. Just when you thought he wouldn't kiss you back and you wanted to stop he did. His hands grabbed your waist and pushed you against a wall so his body pressed against yours. He kissed you back and gave you his everything. When you were both out of breath you pulled back and panted against his chest. "You have no idea how long I've been waiting for this." He said while kissing your forehead. You gazed up at him in confusion and he chuckled. "I would kill someone to be...your boyfriend." He finished his sentence from yesterday and you smiled. "You don't have to kill anyone, just love me." You said while cuddling against him. "I do."
