Wednesday March 27

Today, I hung out in my room and played 20 rounds of minesweeper.Then I fed my pet dog Molly and I went downstairs to the kitchen and made myself some lemonade.It was a fine day today, so I decided to treat myself.I walked to the park and spotted an ice cream stand.I got myself some ice cream and knelt down beside the koi pond.I felt the wet and cold grass.It was nice. "Um, excuse me?" Somebody said from behind me.It was the little girl that I made friends with. "You're Luke right?" She asked.I nodded and she sat down beside me. "I like seeing the koi fish in this pond.They look nice." The girl said politely. "Yeah, they do" I replied, smiling at her.I drew her closer to me for a hug. "Do your parents know where you are?" I asked.She nodded and said, "My name's Rosy by the way". "Ok Rosy, did you ever hear of the game hide and seek?" I asked.I felt childish all of the sudden.Rosy nodded and she started counting from 1 to 10.And I quickly hid behind some bushes.After 10 minutes of her looking for me, she started to cry.But I didn't know.So the ice cream seller contacted her parents and I came out of the bushes just in time. "Please sir! Me and Rosy were just playing a game.Please don't contact her parents or I'll be in so much big trouble! Plus, I'm her brother!" I cried.The ice cream seller put down his phone and he told me to stay out of trouble.I said I promised and I ran to Rosy. "Look Rosy, I'm so so sorry!" I exclaimed. "You don't have to be" Another voice said from behind me.It was Redd. She was wearing a cute purple dress. "I was talking to her while you were hiding behind the bushes.I told her about your personality.And Rosy said that she would forgive you" Redd said, smiling at me.The little girl nodded, meaning that it was true.
