Rough Start {CDLS}

CHAPTER 12

Ashlyn's POV

I walked to the swings, and just sat on one. I was thinking of all the memories had in Hawaii, all my friends, and everything else that happened in my life.

I decided to swing a little and think. While I was doing that I looked up and saw Logan. He stopped the swing, and I was facing him. Logan just looked at me into my eyes, after he just smashed his lips into mines. I kissed him back and after he said, "Ashlyn I love you." I was in shocked and processed what just happened. All that could come out was, "I love you too Logan." I said with a huge smile.

He grabbed both my hands and we intertwined our fingers. "Even though your moving next week, will you give me a chance to call you mines?" He asked with a slight smile. I just smiled back and said, "Yes." I stood up from the swing and gave him a hug.

We just walked around the park, and when it got dark Logan walked me back to my house. "Thanks for cheering me up." I said and hugged him. "You helped me in elementary and I'll help you through anything." He said. After we said goodbye I closed the door, and walked into the living room. I sighed, as I saw 3 luggages, and a few boxes in the living room.

"Mom, Ashlyn isn't moving until next week, why are you making us pack so early." I heard Arianna complain. I just went to the kitchen and grabbed a bag of Salt and Vinegar chips.

"Hey Ash." Aaron greeted. I gave him a smile, and put my focus back on the tv. "Mom, why can't Aaron, Ashlyn and I just live in our own place." I heard Ariana. "Sorry Arianna, but you guys don't have that much money to get your own place." My mom answered. After both of them came downstairs.

"Hey Ashlyn." My mom greeted. I just aired her out and kept watching tv. Arianna scoffed, and sat by me, while Aaron just went up to his room. I could feel the tension between my older brother and sister and my mom. "You can go now." Arianna said rudely. My mom just sighed and left.

"Don't worry Ashlyn. Aaron and I are trying to let you stay." Arianna said. "Thanks." I said softly. After we ate dinner, my dad came home. He slammed the door and I jumped a little. Arianna sighed, and walked towards my dad. "Hi Arianna. Hi baby Lyn." My dad greeted. "Hi dad." I greeted back. "Shouldn't you two be asleep it's already 8:35." My dad said. "We were just about to go to bed." Arianna said. She signaled me to go to my room.

When I finished getting ready for bed Aaron and Arianna came into my room. "Don't worry things will ge-" Aaron got cut off from yelling downstairs. The 3 of us slowly walked downstairs. We saw mom and her boyfriend.
