Suddenly I felt arms pick me up. I jolted awake, pushing the person from me.
"Its me Dre, Jackie! You're fine." He said. I looked around and I was still at the park. "How long have I been here?" I asked coughing.
" for I guess about 8 hours. We've been looking for you every where! Mother was worried sick!" He exclaimed walking me to his car.
" is Ari still at the hospital?" I asked.
" we just got her home." He said starting the car. He took out his cell phone dialing a number.
" Hey I found her, she's with me." He said pulling out onto the room.
"Warm up some soup for her, I can see she's gonna have a cold tomorrow. She was at the park the whole time." He said.
" alright love you too mom.bye." He said hanging up.
I shivered, " here, put this on." He said handing me his jacket. I snuggled up in his jacket keeping warm.
We got home, and Katherine ran straight to me. "Oh my goodness! Dre you had me scared to death!" She exclaimed hugging me.
"I just needed some time to myself. I'm sorry. " I said.
" Don't be sorry. Just go rest. I got some soup cooking." I nodded walking up stairs to my room.
I walked in as Michael was changing his shirt. I went over to Ari's crib to see she was sound asleep. Poor thing is probably so tired. I walked towards the bathroom grabbing some clothes.
" Are you wearing my brothers jacket? !" He hollered. " I was cold." I shrugged.
"What are you fucking him now to get back at me?" He scoffed.
"If I was why would it matter to you? You've been fucking some chick behind my back for months."
"Slut." He mumbled. I stopped in my tracks slowly turning around.
"What was that ?" I've had enough of his shit.
" I said slut. Did you hear me that time ?" He spat. Anger ran through my bones. I walked up to him, "say it one more time and I swear-" "slut." He said with a smart as smirk on his face. My hand flew across his face so fast. He looked at me surprised. "How do you like bring smacked!" I yelled. I turned to walk away but he picked me up and threw me on the bed.
I jumped back up shoving him. He shoved me back onto the bed. He jumped on top of me pinning my arms down.
"Let go of me you fucking psycho!" I screamed.
He squeezed my wristv really tight. So tight I thought they were gonna break. I screamed in pain, "you're hurting me!" I screamed.
" What the hell is going on in here?!" Katherine hollered opening the door. Katherine gasped seeing we were in a physical fight. She screamed for Jackie and Tito. Tito pulled Michael off of me as I kicked him in the stomach. Jackie grabbed me, holding me back from killing Michael.
" you stupid Bitch!" Michael yelled.
"I wish you'd fucking die you bastard!" I screamed.
Ari was now screaming & crying.
" Let me get my daughter!" I yelled pushing Jackie off of me. I ran too her, cradling her to my chest. She calmed down, sucking her thumb.
"Michael, you need to go calm down!" Jackie hollered.
" Why so you can fuck her!" Michael yelled back.
"Go fuck your new girlfriend that you've been cheating on me with!"
I yelled.
Everyone gasped. Katherine walked out of the room.
"Great, you made my mom cry! You feel better?" Michael hollered. I shrugged. "You're the one who did it. Not me. So you hurt your mother, me and your daughter! Do you feel better?" I replied
He walked out, I heard his car start and he left.
Jackie rubbed my back, "is he really cheating on you ?" He asked softly.
I nodded. "why do you think he stopped coming home." I said.
"I'm going to go check on mom. " He said, leaving.
I held Ari to me, kissing her forehead.
"Dada" She said.
" daddy's Not here babygirl." I cooed.
Finally everything calmed down everything went quiet. Ari was fast asleep on my chest as I laid down watching TV.

I have two days to find a job. I've gone to 2 other interviews & didn't get either job....

So I started calling people asking if I could stay with them till I found a job.
"Stacey, it'll only be for a little bit. I promise!" I begged.
" Dre I have no room, I'm truly sorry." She said stressed out.
"Please...." I begged
"Dre maybe you should make other arrangements till you can get back on your feet." She said lightly
"Wh-what do you mean? " I asked confused.
"Dre, maybe you should find someone to take Ari till your in a stable place. All this stuff is going to effect her." She said softly.
"I am not giving away my child!" I said offended.
"Dre just till you get on your feet." She said.
"She's the only thing I have! "
"And you need to think about what's best for her."
"no. The answer is no." I said hanging up.
She basically wants me to put my kid in foster care. No. Hell no. I maybe struggling but Ari is my rock.
