DRE'S POV *
I hate being in the same room as her. I don't want her in jayden's life. Jayden held onto me tight as we walked up to the bailiff. He put his little hand and tried his best to repeat what the bailiff said. We all giggled at how cute he is. I sat him on my lap in the chair. I moved the mic down for him. "Talk into it." I told him. "Hi daddy." He smiled. Michael just giggled. "I'm weally loud." He giggled. Michaels lawyer was the first to question him. "Hi Jayden I'm Mr. Miller. I really like your little bow tie." He said. "Thanks. I wike your tie, blue is my favorite color ." He smiled. "Me too, can I ask you a couple questions?" He asked jj. He nodded. "So what do you like about your dad?" He asked
"Everything besides his cookies. He always burns them." Jj giggled. "Is there anything you don't like about your life? Anyone you don't like?" He asked. "I don't like it when daddy makes me eat my peas or when he leaves for his conference but Dre watch me when he gone so I feel better." "You don't like when your dad leaves. Is there anyone who isn't nice to you?" He asked. "Cam pushed me one time but then he got into trouble."
"Do you get punished when you do something bad?" He asked. "Sometimes. Daddy usually warns me but if I keep doing it I get time out. I got timeout 2 times." He said. "What do you think about having a sister?"
"Its so cool! I told daddy I want a sister or brother for Christmas and he told me that it can't happen. But then I got a big sister on Christmas! Me and her have same daddy but not same mommy." He said. He is doing so good. Hes actually enjoying it I think.
"What do you think a mommy is?" He asked. Jayden looked up at me making my heart melt. God this little boy really has my heart. "I think a mommy is......someone who cuddles with me, tries to cook, have fun Stuff to do, ummmm I don't know. Dre does a lot of things a mommy do." He said. I could see the anger rise in Nina's eyes when he said that. "You like dre don't you?" He asked. Jj nodded, "Yep. I love her. Kind of like i love my daddy but I love my daddy more then anyone." He smiled. I swore my heart melted. He's so loving, I'd hate to see Nina ruin that. "Thank you jayden. Here." He said handing Jayden a sucker. "Yay!" Jayden said excitedly grabbing it. "What do you say?" "Thank you!". He smiled
"Wait till later, okay?" I said. "Otay..." he said disappointed. "Daddy I gots to go potty." Jayden said. "Can it wait buddy?" He asked. "No I weally gotta go." He said. The judge let us recess so Jayden could go potty.
After Jayden pottied we all stood around talking waiting for the judge. I stood there talking to Liz when someone shoulder checked me. I turned to see Nina walking past me. She gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. "Did she just shoulder check you?" Michael asked pissed. "Don't worry about it." I told him. He glared at her and she glared back. "That not nice daddy. She bump dre." Jayden said pointing. "It's okay jayden." I said picking him up. I kissed his cheek then looked at Nina as Jayden loved on me and I loved on him. She's pissed!

The judge came back and me and Jayden were back up on the stand and Nina's lawyer was questioning him now.
"Hi Jayden. I'm Mr.Hollow." He smiled. "Hi." Jayden said.
"I have a couple questions, is that okay?" Jayden nodded.
"So what's it like in your house?" He asked. Jayden shrugged. "It fun, me and daddy always do fun stuff. Dre and sissy come over a lot and I love them. So we lots stuff." He said. "Has there ever been a time where your really sad?" He asked. "Yeah, it when daddy go to work. I got weally sad when dre got hurt in her car. I got sad when kids hurt my sissy." He said. "But has any ever hurt you really bad?" He shook his head no. "What about your mommy. Do you know who your mommy is?" Jj nodded. He pointed to Nina. "What do think about all this?" I could tell Jayden was shutting down. "I don't like it. Daddy say things might change and I don't want them too." He said "does daddy ever talk about your mommy?" "Not weally...." "What do you know about her?" He asked. "Daddy said she did something bad and isn't allowed to see me." He said. "Hmm what do you think?"
"Dre i wanna go home." He said looking at me. "We will soon." I told him. He covered his eyes with his hands and started crying. "I don't like this." He cried. Michael walked up to the stand. "Hey jj. Can you finish answering a couple questions for daddy?" He asked. "Nooo daddy. I wanna go home. I don't like this." He cried. "Are they putting you on the spot?" Michael asked. He nodded and reached for michael. "He can step down, Michael. Thank you." The judge said. I carried Jj down the steps and handed him to Michael. "Daddyyyy." He cried clinging to michael. "Shhh, your okay buddy." He said sitting down with him. "I'm hungry daddy, we go home for lunch." He whined. "We'll go home soon. Just relax." Michael said
"If you say so daddy." He said wipping his tears. "Can you sit with Dre and we'll get ice cream after lunch?" "ICE CREAM?" He squealed. He hopped down and ran to me. He sat next to me with a big smile on his face. "Let him have the sucker." Michael said. I handed Jayden that sucker and he was quick to get it in his mouth. We sat there for another 30 minutes talking, questioning michael and Nina. My mind wondered to other places. I really need to set boundaries for michael.... I cut off sex, but I mean I sucked his dick last night! That all needs to stop. The kissing and everything. The first time we were together I was too quick to give up my virginity. I should've waited more than a month. I'm doing it right this time. This trial is going to show if I'm strong enough for this, for us.... this trial will show if Michael is for real about us.
