"So why the random hook up?" Quin asked as I laid on my back still catching my breath. I shrugged, "I have needs." I said.
"That maybe but you were a lot more foreplayish this time. We never spend much or any time with that. You did it different this time and there's a reason. I deserve to know." She said.
I covered my face with my hands, shaking my head. "Michael." She said.
I dragged my hands down my face turning my head, looking out the hotel room window. "Talk to me." She said. I felt my heart race, "I can't stop thinking about her." It was silent. "I just wanna be near her, I wanna make her happy. I shouldn't feel this way."
"Michael, it's okay to feel this way." She said rubbing my chest.
" No she doesn't feel the same and I've cause so much hurt in her life. She'd never feel the way she use to about me."
"You don't know that. Michael she adores Jj from what I've seen. If you give her time maybe she'll move pass it all." She said.
I shook my head. "Ill just have to get over it. I have to deal with my karma." I said.
" Michael...." "quin just leave it alone. Please." I asked. "Okay." She said softly.
She laid her head on my chest, I then ran my fingers through her blonde, shoulder length hair. I tilted her head so her face pointed up towards me. I leaned down gently kissing her, hoping to feel something...
She pulled away, "you cant use me to hid your feelings michael." She said.
" I know." I said softly. "I'm gonna go." She said softly. "Okay." I replied. She got up and put her clothes on. I then too did the same. I walked her to the door. She stopped facing me. "Everything will work out. I have faith she'll love you again." She said then hugging me.
"That makes one of us." I replied opening the door. "Bye mike." she said walking out.
" bye. Hey don't forget about Jayden's birthday party in 3 weeks." I said. "I'll be there." She replied. I then closed the door taking a deep breath. As soon as I did I got a text. It was of course Dre.
Dre: Hey, Jayden is getting sick. He's running fever.
Me: I'm on my way to get him.
I got my stuff together and left the hotel.

I drove to Dre's, knocking on the door. Erin answered.
"Is he doing okay?" I asked walking in.
"you might wanna take him to urgent care. He's running a high fever and he's having diarrhea." She said worried.
"Dre has him in the bathroom cleaning him up." She said.
As I walked upstairs I called urgent care making an appointment. As I got closer I could hear him crying. I reached dres room walking to her bathroom. She had Jayden in the tub bathing him. He was whimpering as he then spotted me
"Daddy! Daddy!" He cried reaching for me. Dre turned around, seeing me behind her. "Im gonna take him to urgent care." I said. " okay." She replied
She grabbed a towel, draining the tub then wrapped him in the towel. "We gave him children's Tylenol but it didn't help. Sorry if I ruined your night. " She apologized. "You're fine. Here I'll take him. Im.going to dress him then leave."
"He threw up and pooped all over his clothes. He can wear some of cams if you don't have anymore." She said. "Okay. Yeah we'll need some."
I dressed him In cams clothes then took him to urgent care.

After 2 hours we finally left urgent care. He just has a virus and he got some antibiotics for it.
Jayden laid on my bed with just pants on, drinking water. "Are you feeling better? " i asked. He nodded. I combed my hair then got in bed. He cuddled me, as I turned a movie on for him. "Did dre take good care of you?" I asked. He nodded,"she was weally good." He said.
Eventually we both fell asleep and I woke up feeling like shit. "Daddy!" Jayden cried. "Jayden hold on." I groaned feeling my head pounding. I then felt the vomit raise in my throat. I ran to the toilet vomiting. "Daddy!" he cried. He just kept screaming and screaming and I couldn't stop throwing up. Then my phone started ringing. I washed my mouth out then answering my phone.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hey how's he doing?" She asked as Jayden kept screaming
"Not so good. Oh shit." I cursed running to the toilet. "Michael? Are you okay?" Dre asked concerned.
" I cant stop throwing up." I said then throwing up again.
"Okay, me and Ari are coming over." She said hanging up. I was going to protest but help would be nice.
"Daddy! I throw up!" He cried walking into the bathroom with vomit all over him. "I'm sick too buddy. Dre is on her way." I said "my tummy hurt!" He whined.
I stopped puking and felt okay enough to clean Jayden up. I had him in the tub as dre and Aria got here. "Michael?"Dre hollered. "Up here." I hollered back. They both entered my room. "Ew there's throw up on the floor." Ari gagged. Jayden sat in the tub whimpering as I held my stomach. "Go throw up or whatever you need to do. I got Jayden." Dre said taking over. " has he taken his antibiotics yet today?" She asked. I shook my head 'no'. "Ari, can you go get some breakfast ready for jayden so he can eat then take his meds." She ordered. "dre...." Jj cried. "I feel bad."
" I know you do buddy. I'm going to get you feeling better soon." She said picking him up out of the tub, wrapping him in a towel. I hovered over the toilet throwing up still. "Fuck." I cursed. "I'll send ari up here." She said walking away with jayden.
DRE'S POV ~ ~ ~
I carried Jayden down stairs as Ari had some fruit out, crackers, and cereal out. "I didn't know what to exactly get..." she said.
"You did good. Can you go up stairs and just get whatever your dad needs?" I asked. She nodded going up stairs. "Nooo." Jayden whined as I tried to get him to eat
"Do. You wanna feel better?" He nodded. "Then you need to eat so I can give you medicine." That got him to eat. Soon after I gave him his antibiotics. Once he was settled enough to not get sick anymore I went up stairs & sent ari to watch jj.
Michael was laying in bed shirtless and groaning in discomfort. I grabbed a scrub brush & some carpet cleaner & cleaned up the puke. "Oh fuck." Michael groan getting up , running to the bathroom slamming the door shut.
Basically this is how my day went. Taking care of a grown man & taking him to urgent care. Eventually they both got antibiotics & were feeling better.
I took some crackers and a water bottle to michael after Jayden & ari fell asleep. I got into his room & he looked miserable. He has the blankets up to his chin and Bags under his eyes. "I brought you some crackers, and water." I said walking up to the side of the bed he was laying on. "is Jayden feeling better?" He asked. "Yeah he's asleep. You should try & sleep too." I said. "I cant. My head hurts to bad." He groaned. "Do you want some ibuprofen?" I asked. He nodded. I went down stairs & Jayden was waking up. "Daddy!" He whined. "Shhh, I'll take you to him." I said. I grabbed the meds & carried Jayden up to Michaels room. "Daddy." He whined spotting michael. "Come here buddy." He said sitting up with no shirt on...I forgot how good he looked shirtless.
I put Jayden on the bed as he crawled up to michael. I got him some ibuprofen and gave him his water and meds.
"Daddy my tummy hurts again." He whined
"oh no he's gonna throw up again." Michael said
I grabbed jayden walking him to the bathroom but I wasn't fast enough. He threw up all over me.
"Drreee!" He Cried. "Sh your fine. Just throw up in the toilet." I said rubbing his back. Finally he finished throwing up and I cleaned him up. I wipped the puke off my shirt but it soaked through my bra and shorts.
"Michael can I borrow some clothes?" I asked.
"Yeah, just use whatever." He said groggily.
I changed into some of his clothes and finally him and Jayden were fast asleep. I went into the guest bedroom to sleep.

It hit 7am and guess who is sick now? Yeah me.....
I rushed to the bathroom throwing up with a killer headache. After an hour there was a knock at the door
"What?" I asked frustrated.
"You okay?" Michael asked.
"No!" I said then throwing up.
"Unlock the bathroom door!" He said frustrated
"No go away! " I shouted. I didn't want him to see me like this!
He left but shortly he came back with a key. He unlocked the door coming in
"Go away michael!" I cried because my stomach pain was so bad. "Shut up & let me take care of you." He said frustrated. He had a pony tail and put my hair up. "Dre, you sick." I heard jj say. "I guess you guys are feeling better."
"Yeah. I'm taking you to the doctors so you can get some meds." He said getting his phone out.
It seemed I was going to be stuck here for a couple days.
"Daddy! Ari sick too!" Jayden said.
" goddammit." He grunted.
We all got in the car & went to urgent care for the third time.....

We got back to michaels, Me & ari took over michaels bed. We both were burning up so we both laid there in sports bras and shorts. Luckily I washed mine, the one jj threw up on.
"mom I feel terrible." Ari whined. "me too. Ugghh I'm gonna throw up again!" I said getting up and going to the bathroom
I kept dry heaving then laid back against the wall try to find the energy to get up.
"Where's your mom?" Michael asked ari

"You okay?" He questioned
I shook my head no. "Do you need help up?" He asked. I nodded. He picked me up cradling me like a baby then set me on the bed. "Drink some water." He said handing me a water.
"Are you guys gonna try to eat dinner?" He asked as I laid back.
"Don't even talk about food. " Aria groaned. "yeah, that just Makes me feel me sick." I added
"Well you guys try to get some sleep." He said.

Thankfully we both fell asleep. We woke up the next morning to Jayden and Michael in bed with us. They were not giving up their bed. The strange thing is I found myself cuddled up against michaels side and his arm around me.
I moved myself away from him, it was way inappropriate for us to be like that.
I was feeling a lot better and decide to go make breakfast for everyone. Everyone came down as I was finishing up. "Are you feeling better?" Michael asked getting plates out
I nodded. "Much better."
"Good, shawn and liz want us to keep ari for a few days cause she's still not feeling well. Hey will you help me plan Jayden's 3rd birthday party?" He asked.
"Sure." I replied.
The next couple days we planned jj's birthday party. Thankfully I finally went home. Me and Michael were starting to bicker and we're annoying the shit out of eachother.

But I will have to admit I do like spending time with him. I forgot how much he made me laugh. And how goregous he was doing the simplest things. It's okay for me to think that right?

A couple weeks went by and our lives were normal. My depression wasn't as bad. I did have my moments though.
It was finally Saturday. Jayden's birthday!
Right when I woke up I called michael. "What?" He answered groggily. "Wake up sleepy head! Let me talk to the birthday boy." I said excited.
" fine.... hold on. He actually slept in his room last night." He giggled making my heart flutter. Gosh dang it....
"Hey jj. Wake up. Someone's on the phone for you." Michael sang. " daddyyy." He whined. "Take the phne jj." He said

"Hellwo?" He answered tiredly. "Happy birthday sweetie." I said.
"Hi dre." He giggled.
" you better get your booty up and going cause you got a big day." I said.
" daddy dre said we gotta get up and going." He told michael
"She's right." Michael answered
"How old am i?" He asked.
"What comes after 2 jj?" I asked.
"Tree?" He asked.
"Yeah, that's how old you are! 3 silly." I giggled.
"Okay well here daddy." He said handing the phone off.
"hey, are you still.coming over early to help me?" Michael asked.
I sighed dramatically. "I guessss." I giggled.
"Don't sass me women." He replied.
" whatever, I'll see you in a bit. Bye." I said .
"Bye." He hung up
