I stood there looking at dad in shock he wasn't going to make me do this I swear, the amount of crazy fans Taemin has this would be an slow death for me. Dad knew it too considering he owned sm entertainment, meaning he has Taemin's career as well.

"So you're making me and Taemin announce our relationship on weekly Idol?!" I frowned at my dad

"Why not it's better than announcing it in the news right?" dad gleamed.

"I know but it's been two years dad and keeping it a secret was the best idea that way no one has gotten involved" I pouted.

"Angelina, just because no one had gotten involved doesn't guarantee you and Taemin's relationship will last" Dad explained.

"Whatever dad, after this announcement I guess our relationship is a sinking boat any way" I walked out of his office.

I kicked the wall in anger, announce it on TV the greatest idea of Lee soo man my father the genius that made sm entertainment. Instead of visiting Taemin I walked into red velvet's practice room,in hopes they will calm me down of my anger.

"Angelina what's up?" Irene pouted.

"Dad wants me to announce the relationship on weekly Idol" I rolled my eyes.

"Well that's a death wish" Wendy laughed.

"What are we going to do I mean it's been great for the past two years, this announcement will just kill what we have built for two years" I collapsed on the floor.

"Sometimes you have to make these big decisions to make a relationship stronger" Joy patted my shoulder.

"I'm going to warn Taemin before dad" I rushed out the door.

Nothing was helping they all agreed with dada huge idea, in my eyes it was one of the worse ways to announce a relationship. Yet everyone sees it as away for making a relationship work but how? By letting fans intervene in something they shouldn't? As I reached shinee's practice room, Taemin stopped and smiled at me waving like a mad man. While I stood looking at him with a blank exprssion, he looked at me hisnface changes into a worried one. He ran up to the door, once he opened the door he pulled me into a hug assuming the worse when really it was just a bad day for us.

"Oppa I have to tell you something" I hugged him back.

"You're breaking up with me right?" His face turned pale.

"What no, dad wants us to announce the relationship" I frowned at him.

"Okay let's make the statement" he walked off.

"Oppa it's difficult we have to go on weekly Idol" I held him by his shoulders.

His heartbeat increased, he froze in place which means one thing he was scared about it more than I am about this idea. He turned around looking at me with a pale face and beads of sweat coming down from the side of his head.

"Why weekly idol?" he asked.

"I have no idea he just told me it was better than an official statement" I shrugged.

"I can't do this" I shook his head.

"Me too lets see what dad says" I held his hand making our way to dads office.

As we walked Taemin's hands continued to shake, it was scary watching being so scared about this situation I thought he would shake it off like the rest. But clearly the news gave a shock to his heart as well as his mind, while he kept looking straight ahead all I could do was be there for us.

"Taemin calm down please" I kissed his cheek.

"I can't the thought of announcing it on weekly idol would jusy destroy everything we built together" he began to cry.

"Listen we are doing this together, we will go into dad's office and explain our fears" I cupped his cheeks.

"What if he doesn't listen?" he asked me.

"I'll make him listen" I smiled badk at him.

As dad was on the phone me and Taemin took our seats in front off him, under the desk Taemin cluched on to my hand for dear life. Once dad was finshed he gave he ultimate frown to us, knowing we were ready to fight against his idea.

"Angelina please stop this useless fight,  the both of you will announce the relationship and that finale!"dad yelled which made us both flinch.

"Sir, I think personally that we shouldn't announce our relationship" Taemin looked down on the floor.

"What, why?" dad frowned at the both of us.

"I'm scared okay sir, meeting your daughter was the best day of my life for the past tow years I worked hard because she waa the drive I need. If this relationship goes public what of us? The fans will get involved then there is a chnace that oir relationship will bebom the rocks because of it" Taemin spoke from his heart.

"Dad listen to him please, you always told him that I was the most important thing now including his singing career, if we end hat means his singing career being on the brink because he might not be able to function without me. Dad Taemin is right no one else has to know apart from us the sm family" I smiled at dad.

"So what you are saying is too keep the fans in the dark about this?" dad looked away from us.

"Sir there will be a time where I can announce it will full confidence, but right now I want us to be happy for a little while longer before rhe chaos of the fans" Taemin walked up to him.

"I'll make an exception on this, you both won't have to announce the relationship" Dad patted Taemin's back.

"Thank you sir" Taemin bowed

"Dad I know I gave you hell today about this, but I love you" I hugged dad.

"I know I shouldn't have pushed it, now go" dad smiled at us.

As we were out Taemin spun me around in the air, while I giggled in his arms once I was back on the floor he pulled me into a hug.

"You were so brave" I nudged him

"That wasn't bravery that was all my fears being let out" he laced our hands together.

"There's nothing to fearbas long as we both know how to guide eachother out the dark and into the light, fear is just another word that can't do much to us" I reassured him.

"Then I guess you're my light" Taemin leans in for a kiss.

"You're my light as well" I laughed.
