Percy had managed to take Riptide out of his pocket after hours of painful struggling, and after he did, he just wanted to sleep. But when he closed his eyes, he saw Jack's sneering, triumph face. Almost immediately did he open his eyes, and the once-broken eyes suddenly burned like Greek fire. Hissing in pain as the Celestial bronze chains burned his skin, he swiftly uncapped his pen, watching as it turned into the familiar 3-foot long sword he fought so much with. And for the first time in years, he felt hope and determination. "For revenge!" he silently vowed, and with a grunt, he slashed the chains off of him and carefully removed the handcuffs. He rose, unsteady on his feet, in the cage, the old fighting moves he had learned coming back to him.

His sea green eyes flashed, and within seconds the cage's bars in front of Percy were demolished. He scanned the torture chamber, his cold gaze pausing on the dent in the metal wall; and for just a second his emotionless expression turned to one of pain and horror. With a shudder, he looked away. Then he saw the door. The half-blood limped heavily to the door, his sword raised, and slashed the lock. Taking in a deep, shuddering breath, the demigod quickly slashed the hinges of the door and kicked it down. A nearby hellhound studied him and barked, as if to say "Welcome to your new living Hell!". It drew attention to him. Percy narrowed his cold sea green eyes and raised his bronze blade in challenge. No monster accepted it, all of them looking away, backing away, making a path for him, trying to get out of his way. The demigod limped past them, his expression dark and cold.

Even though the demigod now knew reality- he had learned it the hard way- the fact that he was breathing in Tarturas' breath, walking on Tarturas, and hated by Tarturas, he didn't care. Once he passed Kelli, and when she attacked him, he simply, lazily, slashed her with Riptide. Percy did this until he had made his way to a random cave, which he gladly entered to sleep in. When he went in as deep as possible, his wrist began to burn. The agony was unbearable! The half-blood immediately collapsed, breathing heavily, and writhing in agony, feeling as if fire was in his veins. It was worse than any kind of punishment that Kronos- Kronos! Of course! Percy glanced at the K scar- it was the color of the hottest flame possible- and it was causing him pain so horrible he found it hard to believe.

Just when darkness clouded his sight, and he felt Death so close- the scar stopped burning. The demigod lay there, breathing heavily- panting - and reached for the sword he had dropped. Just when the last of his strength abandoned him, water fell on him, healing him, strengthening him, and allowing him to sleep. In his last moment of consciousness, he briefly wondered how the Hades water came to him and saved him.

        Unknown POV

I confess. I helped him. It was pretty easy to save him. Just send him some water- that's all I can do. Without getting him suspicious, anyways. Besides, if he ever saw me, he'd think I'm a monster. They all do.

Ha! Now you owe me a chapter, DemigodInTraining! By the way, can you guess who's the Unknown? Your only hint: Read the Prologue- the answer is in there. And it's not Percy. Or Chaos. And whoever gets it right is the most awesome person in the universe for the week, in my opinion.
