PART TWO
Omegas's POV
Spike had managed to slash my forehead through my mask, letting blood drip into my eyes. His claws hurt like Hades. I blinked the blood out, but my vision was still tinted red. I kicked Spike in the nose, and he flew back. I was starting to get a little tired. Spike circled me cautiously, fangs bared. Then he snapped at me, biting me directly over my shoulder, the very same place he bit me before. I felt something like lava burn through my veins. I shook my head and slashed at Spike, turning that pain into strength. Just the way he taught me.
Spike glared at me, and then threw his head back and let loose an ear-shattering howl. Oh, no.... Spike began to glow, and with a blinding flash he was now twenty feet tall. I took a deep breath. Good thing I mastered this.... I let loose a scream and began to glow before flashing. I staggered, still getting used to being sixteen feet tall. Luckily, my armor and mask grew with me. I eyed Spike warily. I knew that one of his powers was controlling his weight, so he could be as light as a feather- or 50,000 tons. That was dangerous.
Sword clashed against claws, and we managed to throw our opponent 50 feet away. We both slammed into dead trees that were unoccupied. I let loose a hiss of pain as a few of my bones cracked from the impact. I shook it off, noticing that Spike did the same. Storm was lending as much energy as possible while barely keeping my sanity together. Artemis flashed and became twenty feet tall and tried to step in. "STOP!!!" The goddess yelled. Both me and Spike turned to give her a murderous glare, and Star immediately tried to pull Artemis back.
"No one interferes in a Commander fight." Me and Spike said venomously. A not happy looking Chaos flashed in, taking Artemis' arm and pulling her back in the crowd. "They're right. Not even I can interfere." Chaos said gravely, giving me a sad smile. Well. Looks like even Chaos thinks that I can't survive the fight. Suddenly hatred filled me, and I punched Spike so hard in the chest that he was thrown even farther away and his armor dented. We're not weak! How dare they stare at us as if we're already dead! Storm roared.
Spike lunged and slammed into my chest, landing on it while becoming so heavy that a few of my ribs broke. I gasped as one tried to pierce my lungs. Spike was giving me a murderous look, fangs bared into a cruel sneer. If I didn't know any better, I'd think that Spike always hated me and just wanted a fight like this. Spike leaned in for the killing bite. I narrowed my eyes until I could barely see Spike, and my memories ambushed me as Storm became grim and distracted.
Jack's sneer, Annabeth's glare, her lips moving as she told me she never loved me, Poseidon towering over me, disowning me. The pain of being betrayed by everyone, tortured past the my breaking point. The reason I was broken. Jack secretly leaning over and whispering, "You're weak, you always were and you always will be weak." before I was tossed into Tartarus. Storm rebelled at the memories, and my eyes flew open. It felt like centuries had passed, but only a second had passed. I slammed my swords against Spike's chest, shoving him off, just as his fangs were about to pierce my throat and end me.
I let loose a scream as I grew four more feet. I glared into Spike's surprised golden eyes. "How is that possible?" Spike whispered, staring at me in shock. I merely narrowed my eyes before lunging at him, throwing Spike off his paws and sending us rolling down the hill. Straight towards the monster army I never noticed until now. Spike slammed his front paws against my chest, and I crushed a good part of the monster army into golden dust. I groaned a little as I got up. Landing on some monsters armed with spears and other sharp weapons wasn't exactly on my bucket list.
"Damn. That hurt like a-" I began before shaking my head and rising to face Spike. Spike pinned me down again, and leaned over me. His muzzle brushed against my ear. "You're weak. You always were and always will be weak." He snarled into my ear. Rage filled me, those were the same exact words Jack said to me on the day of betrayal. I was filled with adrenaline and I broke one of Spike's back paws just as he broke a few more of my ribs. I threw Spike off before he could break the rest.
Well? Time to show everyone that we're not weak, Storm. I snarled at Storm mentally. Yes, let's make... a storm. Storm giggled... almost madly, insanely. I smirked at Spike evilly- feeling my slight lack of sanity making the smirk- as I got back up, ignoring my broken ribs. I reached towards the sky with a single hand, closing my eyes as I concentrated. Time for the rage and hurt that's been building up slowly over the years out.
