Omega's POV
I focused on Piper's fading life force, focusing on it as they rushed her into the infirmary. After a while, I sensed her in a coma state. I chose then to walk in. "She's in a coma, she'll have to heal on her own." I stated. Jason was crying like a baby, wailing, "WAKE UP PIPES!" Jeez, it's only a coma. Suddenly the egoistic son of Jupiter turned around and tackled me. "Heal her!" The brat screamed into my face. Man, talk about anger issues.
I gazed up at him coldly, and felt ice creep up on the walls. "Did you just not hear me?" I asked coolly, calmly, coldly. Jason frowned, as if trying to remember my words in his panicked state. I sighed and rolled my eyes. I shoved him off of me easily. "She... has ...to ... heal... on... her... own... time." I said slowly, as if Jason were brain-damaged. Hey, who knows? In New Rome he got hit by a brick.... AGH!!! Curse you, ADHD!
I quickly pulled myself out of my ADHD thoughts, remembering where I was, knowing that I had to focus. Don't show weakness to the enemy, and I consider the half-bloods and gods enemies that I was forced to help. I'm a Commander, I have to act the part! My self-scolding lasted less than a second. "I'm not brain damaged!" Jason whined. I raised an eyebrow at him. "Really?" I asked in mock disbelief.
Jason nodded. I scoffed. "Well, you're acting like a little boy with a temper tantrum, and in New Rome you were hit by a brick." I sneered. Then I decided that this was the perfect time to deal the final blow that would make it clear that I would NEVER forgive him. I leaned forward. I made sure that my voice would be a hateful hiss that only he would hear, and pushed away the old me that rebelled at my refusal to help Piper and forgive Jason.
I hissed out the words: "And the way that you seem to think that I will EVER forgive you for what you did, makes it pretty obvious that you're brain-damaged and not quite bright, know what I mean?" Jason stumbled back, looking as if I had just punched him in the chest. Then he fell to his knees, and I knew that he was going to start begging. I scoffed before stalking towards the door, and stopped. "How-?" Jason began, but I cut him off.
"Don't waste your breath, son of Jupiter." I spat out before walking outside. I gave myself a mental high-five for finding the best way to make sure that Jason would stop annoying me. Now I just had to do that with the rest. The rebellious part of me whispered, Or you can forgive at least one. I shook my head. They'll have to EARN that trust, that forgiveness. And begging is not the way to go, it just pisses me off and decreases their chance.
