The Storm (42) (Part 3 of The Fight)

PART THREE OF THE FIGHT

Omega's POV

   I gathered all of the water molecules, turning the clouds a dark gray so dark that they looked black, and gave Spike a twisted smile. I tried to hold on to the thin sliver of sanity that I had left, but it hid, and I knew that for this fight I would be insane. This wasn't going to be good. I managed to send a flare of panic about loosing my sanity to my team before my insanity took over and that's all I remembered before darkness consumed me and my body was possessed by the voices in my head. 

Star's POV

      Why did that idiot refuse the counter order? Now he's going to die! Ugh, males! The fight was painful just to look at... I tried to pull Artemis back yet she refused, so I called for Chaos. Not five minutes later, I felt a distress call from Omega about... his sanity? Then I realized what he meant when his body went slack for a moment before straightening. Insane laughter filled the air, and I shivered. "Oh, gods no...." I whimpered in fear. I backed into Artemis, who looked puzzled. "W-what's going on?" Artemis asked fearfully. I glanced at her, unable to hide the pure fear in my eyes. "He's shattered." I answered fearfully.  

Third POV (No one's POV)

      Omega's body went slack for a brief moment, and then it straightened. But it wasn't him... It was the voices in his head. Not-Omega-But-Still-Omega threw his head back and insane laughter filled the air. It struck fear into the hearts of everyone, and Spike hesitated, blinking back the feelings of pain and betrayal. "What the-?!" He yelped in shock and... fear? But not fear for him. Fear for Omega's lost sanity.

     Insane Omega began to giggle madly, and when you looked in his eyes, you saw the eyes of a broken and now insane teenager who grew up too fast. Insane Omega's eyes twitched, and he broke into a insane grin. Even the monster army was scared. "Ooh, I think a lovely occasion like this deserves a song!" A voice that wasn't Omega's giggled madly, but the voice came from Omega, right? 

      Artemis gained enough courage to look Omega in the eyes and asked the question that everyone was too fearful to ask: "Who are you?" Insane Omega giggled madly. "Oh, WE'RE the voices in Percy's head! Of course he would have us in his head after that not so nice day! Oh, wait, wasn't that on his BIRTHDAY?!" Two voices said at the same time, but both voices came from Omega's body. "Oooh, I know the perfect song for this!" One voice said. "What?" The other voice giggled. "Welcome To My Life by Simple Plan! Percy would approve!" The first voice said, voice filled with insanity. "Oh! We should use Percy's voice! He actually has a quite good singing voice, perfect for this song!" The second voice squealed. "Yes! We are so amazing!" The first voice giggled madly. "Let's go!" They squealed together.
