Chapter 1

Sunday May 19th

It had been two years since they won. They are newly married. Things have finally slowed down. They found a house and had moved in a month and a half ago. They loved their house. It had an open floor plan with a large kitchen that Maks made many wonderful meals in. It had an office on the main floor that was closed off. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached. At first they thought the house was too big because it was just the two of them but they fell in love with it and had to get it.

Meryl and Maks were enjoying a Sunday at home. They had been spending their free time at home because Meryl is pregnant but only their close family and friends know. They wanted to wait until they knew what they are having to announce it.

"Maks?"

"Yes Princess?"

"I want some pizza."

"Ok. I'll order it."

"And Maks?"

"Yes?"

"Can we watch our dances?"

"Of course. I'll go order and grab the DVD. The whole season or just the dances?"

"Whole season!"

"You've got it Princess!"

They were upstairs in the bedroom so Maks had to go downstairs to go get the Dvd from the movie shelf and ordered the pizza while he was down there. All of the sudden her phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Hey Mer!"

"Charlie! I miss you! How are you?"

"I miss you too. I'm good. Tanith and I sure are loving being home more often now. How about you and Maks?"

"Oh we love it! We are about to watch our season on DWTS and Maks is ordering pizza."

"Oh nice! If you weren't in L.A, we would so be over. How is the little one?"

"Growing and developing well. Morning sickness proves it."

"Oh, well I'm glad. Sorry about the morning sickness."

"Ah, it's all worth it. Well it will be in the end when we get to hold or baby."

"You're so cute Mer."

"Thanks. So where is Tanith?"

"She is right here. Is Maks with you again?"

"Hi Tanith. No he is still downstairs."

"Oh well we want to talk to you about something when he comes back up."

"Uh ok... Is everything ok?"

"Yes everything is great."

"Ok, well then let me call him up. Hold on." She put the phone down and yelled down to Maks. "Maks?"

"I'm coming." Maks came up the stairs quickly and loudly. "What's wrong Princess?"

"Nothing is wrong. Charlie and Tanith are on the phone and they want to talk to us about something."

"Oh ok."

Meryl picks up the phone again. "Hey, sorry. We are back."

"Great. Well we have some exciting news to share with you."

"Oh my gosh!" Meryl jumps in.

"What?" Maks asks.

"Sh!" Meryl snapped at him.
