"Meryl, which shirt am I wearing first?"

"The white one."

They are getting ready for the maternity photo shoot. Meryl has already planned the outfits out. Maks' first outfit is a white button up paired with tan shorts. Adalyn's outfit is a teal dress with white flower and leaf pattern on it. In the top center of the dress is a big white flower. Meryl is wearing a mint colored dress with colorful flowers on it. It has elbow length sheer sleeves. Meryl has chosen to go all natural and have no make up on and have her hair down and natural. Adalyn's hair is also down naturally.

The door bell rings and Meryl made her way down the stairs to open it.

"I'm coming" she yells. Adalyn, who is watching TV, looks at her confused. "It's Mrs. Kristen. She is here to take the pictures. Hi Kristen" Meryl says opening the door.

"Hi Meryl! Oh you look beautiful." She gives Meryl a quick hug. Adalyn is now standing next to Meryl. She wraps one arm around Meryl's leg and Meryl puts her hand on Adalyn's shoulder. "Hi Adalyn. You look beautiful as well."

"Come on in. Maks should be down soon. Then we'll be ready to start."

"Great, well let me set you up then. We are doing inside first right?"

"Yes."

"Great. I have a few we can do here on the couch. I think we should do those first."

"Sounds good. I'm going to go see what is taking Maks so long. Adalyn, can you wait down here with Mrs. Kristen?"

"Da Mama" she says and sits back down on the couch. Meryl goes up to their room and sees Maks standing in front of the mirror trying to get his hair how he likes it.

"Maks, honey, your hair looks great. Please leave it alone and come downstairs so we can start."

"Are you sure it looks ok?"

He looks one more time in the mirror before grabbing her hand and leading them down the stairs.

"Hi Kristen. Sorry it took me so long. Meryl insists on all of us being all natural so I can't put any gel or spray in my hair so I was trying to use water."

"Well it looks great. Are we ready to get started?"

"I believe we are."

"Awesome. Here is what I'm thinking. Maks, you sit down normally right next to the arm rest. Meryl, you are going to sit next to him but with your back against his side. You'll have your legs stretched out and Adalyn will sit in between them the same way you are sitting Meryl. Meryl and Adalyn will just turn their heads and look at the camera." They move so they are sitting just how she told them. "Oh, that's so sweet. Ok, everyone smile" Kristen says and takes a few shots. "Ok here is what I want next. Adalyn, can you sit on Da..."

"She calls me Papa" Maks cuts in saying. "Meryl is Mama."

"Oh thank you. Adalyn, can you sit on Papa's lap. Meryl and Maks stay right how you are." A few shots are taken like this. "Ok Miss. Adalyn. This next picture is going to be just Papa and Mama. Can you come stand with me?"

Adalyn looks at Maks and gives her a reassuring nod. Adalyn gets off of Maks' lap and stands by Kristen.

"Thank you Adalyn. Alright Meryl, this time you are going to lay down with your head in Maks' lap."

"On my side or on my back?"

"On your back if you can." Meryl does as Kristen asks. "Ok. I also want your legs bent up. Good just like that. Maks put one hand on her belly and one on the back of her head. Meryl, your hand furthest from Maks will go on your leg. Your other will reach up and rest on his shoulder. Oh beautiful. Just like that."
