Levi x Neko!Reader - Good Kitty

You meowed slightly as the rain came down, dampening your (H/C) hair and your plain (F/C)  dress. You ducked for cover under a building and transformed into a cat. You made yourself tiny and shrunk into the shadows. That's when a girl with strawberry blonde hair found you. She smiled and picked you up, stroking your (H/C) fur. You purred softly.

"Levi can't resist this!" She exclaimed and she ran off. When she stopped, you were finally inside. Many cadets stood, ready to train, but the girl went up to one specific person, a short man with Raven hair.

"Heichou, look what I found!" The girl exclaimed, showing you off to the man. He scoffed.

"Get rid of it Petra, it's useless." He said, looking away. You hissed and jumped out of Petra's hands. You transformed into a girl, and glared at the man.

"Excuse you, but I am more than a cat!" You exclaimed, your ears twitching. He stared at you and smirked.

"A Neko? You must have been experimented on by the king. You were a former cadet?" He asked, you nodded and yes.

"Listen sir, I just need some place to stay. I've been in the streets for a while and I'm going to fall ill soon if I don't have a place to stay." You expressed, crossing your arms. The man stared and you before sighing.

"Petra, take her to an empty room and get her situated." The man said. You thanked him and followed Petra down the hall.

"Petra, who is that man?" You ask, watching as your tail flicked back and forth.

"That's Levi, humanities strongest solider!" She exclaimed. You smiled and nodded. She showed you to a room. It was plain and boring.

"I'm going to spruce it up!" You exclaimed and soon got to work. You drew cute little pictures and placed them around the room. You looked into the closet and squealed. Outfits were lined up. You changed from your dress to a small grey sweater with a pair of white jeans!

"So kawaii!" You squealed, fixing your (H/L) (H/C) hair. You heard a knock on the door.

"Brat, time to eat." You heard Levi's voice state. You walked outside and giggled.

"I get food!?" You asked amazed. He raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, is that weird?" He asked.

"It's just, living on the streets, you normally get used to not eating for a week or two." You explained. Levi nodded and lead you to the dining room.

"Cadets!" Levi shouted. Everyone stood up and saluted.

"This is a new guest. She's going to introduce herself."

"My name is (Y/N) (L/N)! I was a cadet before I was taken for experimentation." You explained to the cadets. They all nodded.

"I demand you all treat her with respect. She's been through a lot!" Levi exclaimed. Everyone nodded.

"Continue!" And with that, everyone began eating.

"(Y/N), would you like to sit with us?" Levi asked, motioning to his table where a girl with brown hair and a man with blonde hair sat.

"Sure!" You replied. You sat down and watched as Levi looked at you.

"I'll get you some food." Levi said and walked off.

"(Y/N)! My name is Hanji! You should sit with us everyday. Ever since you came, Levi's been in a much better mood!" She rambled. You smiled.

"I'm glad Levi like me! I was a bit nervous he wouldn't." You admitted. She smiled.

"Levi likes you for sure." Levi placed a meal and a cup of tea in front of you. You ate slowly, but soon finished.

"Levi, I'm going to go back to my room." You said. He nodded and you rushed off. You leaped into the bed and slowly fell asleep.

"Oi, shitty brat, get up!" You heard. You slowly opens your eyes and stared at the man.

"Levi, please, I need my sleep." You whined and you turned away from him. You felt yourself get picked up. You saw it was Levi carrying you.

"L-Levi?" You stammered, blushing. He carried you outside and dropped you into a puddle.

"Ah!" You screeched and jumped out.

"Levi, what the hell?!" You shouted. He chuckled.

"That's not funny!" You shouted, tears in your eyes. You ran off and back inside, going to sit in your room.

"(Y/N)?" You heard. You rubbed your eyes from the tears.

"Are you okay?" Levi asked softly, sitting next to you.

"It's just, when I was little, I was pretty weak. People used to push me into puddles and would make fun of me." You explained. Levi nodded and wrapped an arm around your waist.

"I will never let that happen ever again." Levi whispered and you smiled.

~4 years later~

You watched as your tiny little daughter, (D/N) run around, her tail swishing happily.

"Levi!" You called for your husband. He had just gotten back from a mission and you wanted to spend time before he had to go again. He walked into your room and smiled at the tiny little child.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

"I love you both!" (D/N) said, giggling. You picked her up.

"We love you too!"

And you've never been happier.

So I don't know what's with me and children lately, but it's a thing. Anyway Happy Hanukkah! I don't celebrate, but I did want to wish anyone Jewish! Maybe next year I can do a Hanukkah one shot? We'll see >-<
