This is a songfic for Something There from Beauty and the Beast. You are Belle, Levi is the Beast, and the Castleware are supporting cast (Hanji, Eren, etc). Hope you enjoy!

When (Y/N) had first met Levi, she had never expected him to fall in love with her. She was nothing like him. She was gentle and sweet. She helped out as much as she could at their school and shy, boy was she shy. He was rude and tended to stay away from the other kids. With his friends, he was always rough, and confident, boy was he confident.

It wasn't until 6th grade, after years of loving him that she noticed he was warming up to her. He invited her to sit with him at lunch with his other friends. He was her tutor, he helped her with her math and other classes. He started smiling more and chuckled more around him. They were becoming good friends, but it wasn't until an incident over summer break where she noticed he might like her back.

They were with Hanji, Erwin, Eren and Mikasa at an water park. Everyone eyed the strange group as they were the only Neko's in the entire water park. Still no one commented as the group got changed and headed out. (Y/N) and Levi were making their way to the lazy river was (Y/N) was tripped. A man leered over her.

"Why are you here freak?" He sneered. (Y/N) laid on the ground, tears welling in her eyes. She was to gentle and she was for sure she was going to end up bruised when Levi stood in front of her.

"You got a problem?" He asked, his white tail moving back and forth angrily.

"I guess not." The man said after seeing Levi's threatening stance. It was when he turned around with a blush on his face as he helped her up, that she realized that he liked her.

[Beast:] She glanced this way
I thought I saw
And when we touched she didn't shudder at my paw

But then she's never looked at me that way before

Levi couldn't believe he fell for her. Her gentle ways and her kind words that soothed his angered soul. He never thought that a girl like her would ever love him. But she did and he found that out at their Freshman Homecoming Dance. (Y/N) had been asked out by a "Sebastian". Anyway he stood her up and she was left to be alone at the dance. When Levi found her crying in the hallway, he immeadietly rushed to her.

"(Y/N), what happened?" He asked, she looked as him, sorrow written on her face.

"My date stood me up." She said. Anger filled his gut. He stood her up? He wanted to punch that stupid man in the face, but he knew (Y/N) wouldn't have wanted it. So he pulled her up as a slow song started to play in the gym. He danced with her until she started laughing.

"Remember, I'll always be here (Y/N)." He said. And that stayed with her forever.

[Belle:] New and a bit alarming
Who'd have ever thought that this could be?
True that he's no Prince Charming
But there's something in him that I simply didn't see

It wasn't until they decided to room together in college that they realized they wanted to be together. They had been dating for only a couple days when they decided move in together at college. It was foreign, living with one another, but it gave them a big excuse to sleep in the same room as one another. They dated all through college and when they got out, they continued to live together.

[Castleware:] Well, who'd have thought?
Well, bless my soul

And who'd have guessed they'd come together on their own?
It's so peculiar

Hanji and the others couldn't believe that this couple had lasted all through Freshman year til now. Whenever the couple hosted parties, Hanji just wondered how they lasted. They would laugh together as Levi lifted (Y/N) up so she could place the crown on top of the tree. She'd wipe eggnog off of his lips. They'd kiss under the mistletoe. But Hanii never doubt that they were 100% completely in love with each other.

And now it was (Y/N)'s Birthday, and the group had gathered together and Levi and (Y/N)'s place to watch the excitement of Levi's gift. When they decided to open up gifts, Levi went last. He took her hand and pulled her to stand. He grabbed her hand and kneeled down.

"(Y/N), I'm going to make this short and sweet. I want to be with you forever and more, because without you, I'm not the man I should be. You saw something there that I didn't see. So (Y/N) (L/N) will you marry me?"
