"I like your mom." David said, settling on my bed. I rolled my eyes.

"You only like her because she practically forced you to stay later." He laughed and shrugged.

The meeting with my parents went well. Actually, too well. Dad loved him, so did mom.

Melanie had went to a friends house for the night and wasn't due back until tomorrow evening.

Mom made us all a dinner that was ready when we came back. She had made chicken Alfredo and it was absolutely amazing.

Kendra and Danny were still downstairs, talking nonstop with my mom. I had enough of the chit chat and wanted to be able to talk to my boyfriend in peace.

I fell onto the bed, laying on my stomach and crossing my arms. David propped himself up on his side and rubbed his thumb over my cheeks and lips.

"You're so beautiful." He whispered. I blushed fiercely and hid my face in my hands. He chuckled and tore my hands from my face, intertwining them with his own. I smiled softly and pecked his lips. He returned my soft kiss and turned it into a more passionate one.

This kiss wasn't like the others, but equally as wonderful.

This kiss was passionate, and heavy. His tongue asked for entrance and I let him greedily. David's hands moved to my waist, pulling me tightly against his own body. My fingers got lost in his hair and I loved the feeling I was getting.

His kiss was intoxicating. It made me feel dizzy, and out of breath, but I loved every minute of it.

"You're lucky it was us and not your parents." Kendra's voice rang through my room. I chuckled and sat up on my bed, removing myself from David slightly. He still had his arms around my stomach and now had his face in my bed. I knew he was annoyed, but I found it funny.

I stuck my tongue out a Kendra and laughed.

"What'd mom and dad think of Danny?" I questioned. Danny smiled and pulled Kendra close to him.

"They love him." She said, pecking his lips.

"I guess it's our turn then?" I asked. Kendra nodded and I turned to David.

"Alright. You're up." I said to him. We both got up but before I left the room I turned back to Kendra.

"No baby making in my bed."

"Please! We have to go! The whole school will be there!" Kendra whine. I shook my head and sighed.

"No, Kendra. You can go with Danny but I have a date that night." I said, taking my seat in harmony.

"I thought David was chaperoning that night?" She said, causing a few heads to turn. I smacked my hand to my forehead.

"Could you say that any louder? No, my date is not with David." I crossed my arms and stared at her.

"Then who's it with?" She furrowed her eyebrows.

"My bed." I said simply, a smirk on my face.

She rolled her eyes and was about to complain but David came through the doors. I took pleasure in checking him out. He was wearing a long sleeved, blue button up with cacky pants and black shoes. My mouth almost watered at his beautifulness.

What? It's my boyfriend. I'm allowed to look!

He sent a smirk my way as he saw me checking him out, but I showed no shame. He was my boyfriend and if I wanted to check him out I could do so.

But he couldn't. At least, not in school. It's normal for a student to check out a hot teacher, but the other way around is not socially accepted.

"Alright." David clapped his hands together. "We're going to learn a new set of music for the competition coming up."

Some kids groaned, while others remained neutral. Everyone that wasn't a freshman knew this was coming. We did it every year.

"So, there will be a vote because I can't decide." He said with a laugh. "But if we win, the captains get to go to finals."

Kendra and I smiled at each other. That's us!

"What are the choices?" A random girl asked.

"I'm thinking of never be alone by Shawn Mendes, put the gun down, for the first time, and over my head. We can only choose two, but those are the choices."

Kendra raised her hand. David nodded at her and she stood up.

"I think never be alone should be for the freshman and sophomores, but we change it up a bit to make it more upbeat. Then, over my head for the seniors and juniors, we could turn it into a duet, while using everyone. If that makes sense." She said. I stood up, linking my arm with hers.

"I love it." I smiled at her. David smiled at me and I felt myself blush.

Surprisingly enough, Everyone agreed. We began practicing the sons, handing out the music and changing it how we wanted.

I was so pumped for the competition.
