War Freaks

I stood up and fixed myself. I was walking up to the three wannabe's with their arms crossed.

Psh, they don't scare me. Who do they think they are?

Before I could reach my desired destination, Julia and Miles grab a hold of me.

"Bes, let's just go." She looked worried.

"Yeah, we don't have to swoop down to their level." Miles added.

I gave a weak smile and nodded.

We turned around but before we could even talk, the three aliens spoke.

"That's right, walk away." Janella.

"I told you no one messes with us." Sofia.

"Kath, how does it feel to be the loser again." Liza.

They boil my blood. I'm fighting my urge not to put them on a hospital bed.

"Just walk away bes, you're better than them." Julia whispered and she rubbed my arms.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. We took a step but they kept on rambling.

"Better luck next time, losers." Janella said once more.

"Yeah, go with your wimpy friend. She can't do anything but waste god's gift of life." Sofia said.

That's enough. No one messes around with my best friend. Talk crap about me all they can, but once Julia and anyone else I love is involved, that's when I'll snap.

I looked at Julia and smirked. She knew what was going to happen so she held me tighter. She shook her head.

She looks worried, it's kind of funny.

I was about to turn around when they kept yapping. This time it was for Miles.

"And that new girl who's dumb as hell." Liza said.

"As a matter of fact, make it all of you. You all are dumb, wimps, and whores." Liza continued.

Keep it up girl, I'm a bomb ready to explode. Say one more thing and let's see how awful the impact can be.

Surprisingly enough. It became quiet.

Your loss. Now it's my turn.

Sucks for them though, they can't insult us and just receive harsh words. They deserve more than that.

I'll hold it in for another second.

I heard them walk to us. That's it.

Our backs were turned away from them so I don't know what is going to happen. I don't want to turn around because I know that if I see their alien faces I won't hesitate on pouncing.

Someone leaned in and whispered something on my ear.

"Don't worry though, you're not that of a whore but You're also really stupid for not figuring out I had your boyfriend." Liza whispered.

Both of my hands formed into a fist and I closed my eyes.

"He was really good too. Pretty sure even better to me than he ever treated you. As for you and Daniel? Don't worry, I'll get him too." Liza whispered once more.

I know she's wearing a smirk right about now.

That's it. For some reason when she said that I couldn't handle it anymore.

I turned around and I swung at her. Hard. Causing her to land on the floor.

"Ahh!!" Liza cried in pain.
