If a guy that just threatened to explode an airplane that is in the air, filled to the brim with passengers isn't a sign that going to this competition is a bad thing, then I don't know what is.
I am currently trembling with fear. Every now and then I twitched, while I hiccuped between crying.

If you haven't noticed yet, my plane was being kept hostage by a guy threatening to explode the plane if he didn't get whatever he wanted. I was too busy praying for my life to pay any attention to his list of needs.

The cause of my twitches was that the evil dude sat next to me for the couple of hours we were on this plane. He made little conversation like 'why are you going to New York' and 'did you live in California or were you just visiting'. Of course, I answered him and good thing I did because it would have been really bad if I made him angry. I may have answered his questions but that doesn't mean they are true. I will have to thank Netflix later for giving me the idea of not trusting people and giving off false information. That is if I make it out of here alive.

"Everyone in here, take off all your jewelry and take out all of your cash! These lovely ladies here," evil dude shouted while grabbing one of the flight attendants and eyeing her up and down. I looked at the dude's back in disgust. I felt sorry for the poor girl. "Will collect all of your belongings in a bag!"

I needed a plan to knock this guy down. I've been gathering information on the guy for the past forty-five minutes and I gathered just enough. At least I hope I did.

The dude was clearly an amateur. By the way he is acting, all nervous and jittery, I had to conclude that he most likely didn't have a backup team to fall back on or a real bomb on this plane.

With that said, I tried to calm my crying down so I could lock this guy in jail.

And I had to make sure that all my jewelry was well hidden.

I slipped my purse under my chair. I got up from my seat once I knew the evil dude wouldn't be able to see me and was distracted, I made my way up to the pilot station. The pilot door had a built-in window. I peeked in. That's odd. It seemed as if they didn't care what was happening out here on this side of the plane. They either were part of the scheme or they just plain out didn't know.

I'll go with the last one. But of course, I would. Who wouldn't?

I opened the door as quietly as I possibly could so the evil dude wouldn't hear. As I opened the door I quickly had their attention. Both the pilot and the co-pilot stared at me wide-eyed waiting for me to make a move.

"Steve, is she with you," the pilot questioned the co-pilot which I'm guessing is called Steve. "She's awfully too young for you don't you think."

Once I understood what they were talking about I was grossed out. Both of them were way beyond my age range multiplied by twenty. Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating, but you get the point.

"No. I thought she was with you Joe," co-pilot said to what I'm expecting to be Joe.

They bickered to find a conclusion as to why I was here, but I had no time for their argument.

"Stop," I shouted. Uh-oh. I covered my mouth as if it would somehow stop my voice from being heard. I shouldn't have had shouted. What if evil dude heard? I looked behind me towards the door. I dropped to the floor the fastest I ever had in my entire life of living. I began to army crawl to the door. Once there, I put my back to the door.

The pilots looked at me confused.

"Talk. Don't look over here and talk as if you guys are in a really deep conversation," I told them as quietly as I possibly could just enough for my voice to reach their ears.

"What? Why," Joe questioning.

"Stop questioning and do as I say right now," I told them as seriously as I possibly could get.

Once they saw how serious I was they broke into action. They began to bicker once again but about something completely different.

There was a creak behind the door like someone was picking inside.

He was here.

I put my hand over my mouth and nose, while I held my breath as if my breathing would give away my location.

Steve and Joe continued like everything was normal.

"I can't believe you were the one who stole my puppy. You knew how much I loved that thing," Joe said.

"I'm sorry Joe but my house was so lonely and deserted I just had to have it," Steve said.

"Apology not accepted."

"Joe."

"Talk to the hand girlfriend." Joe put his hand up in a stopping motion directly in front of Steve's face while he turned his head the opposite direction.

"Joe, please," Steve pleaded looking near to tears as his bottom lip quivered.

Man, they are good actors. I was so caught up in their argument I forgot the evil dude was here until I heard his steps retreating. I guess he didn't want the pilots to get involved.

I guess that they heard the steps too because they stopped arguing and in sync, turned to face me. "Explain. Now," Steve said seriously, looking as scary as ever. He gave me the look parents give their children when they have done something bad.

"From what it looks like you guys don't know what is going on over on the other side," I began.

"What do you mean," Joe asked.

"Whatever I say, you'll have to stay calm. Ok?" They nodded their heads at the same time.

"Ok, here I go," I took a deep breath. "There is an evil guy, who happened to have been sitting next to me, that threatened to explode the plane if he doesn't get what he wants. He already contacted the police by using a passenger's phone and told them his list of needs. I don't know what he wants because I was too busy praying for my life. I studied his movements and came up with a conclusion that could help us stop him. That's when I came to you guys so you could help me. That was if you weren't with him. I took my chances and came anyway. And, here I am currently, seeking for your help."

They turned to look at each other. They were having a conversation just by looking at each other's facial expressions.

"We're in," they said in unison.
