"Don't think I didn't know what you did out there," Eco confronted me once we entered my house.

"What are you talking about?" I faked innocence. I knew exactly what she was talking about.

Before she could question me any longer, Christy popped her head out in to the hallway where we were at. "How'd it go," she asked in a bubbly tone. "Did you pass?"

"Yea she did," Eco answered for me. Oh and did I mention that Christy agreed all to what Eco did to me. Like seriously? Which side is she on?

Eco then turned to me as she spoke to Christy. "And she tried to sabotage it by picking a really difficult song."

"Hey," This time I had to butt in since it totally wasn't my fault. "You told me I could pick any song as long as it was on the paper you gave me. And just to let you know it was you who picked out the songs."

I walked out of the hallway and in to the kitchen to get something to eat. The day wore me out with all the emotions I went through in just one day.

"Wha-," As I stepped in to the kitchen I was speechless.

"Christy!" I shouted. I looked all over the kitchen just to see a pile of dirty, some even broken, dishes. There was dough all over the counters while some pieces littered the floor. But the thing that caught my attention the most and got me angry enough to yell at Christy full on was the big black burnt mark that was decorating the kitchen's ceiling.

"Yes," she peaked out her head out from the side of the doorway, answering me as if she did nothing wrong.

"What it that big black thing that is decorating the ceiling?"

"Oh, that thing?" This time she fully entered the room while shooing her arm as if it was nothing.

"Yes that thing Christy." No reply. "Christy, what did I tell you about cooking?" I scolded her as if she was a child and she barely knew anything.

"There is a reason behind my warnings. There always is," I soothed down my tone. I let out a sigh of exhaustion. "Are you ok at least? You didn't harm yourself, right? What if a fire started then... You know what? As long as you didn't harm yourself I'm good."

I went over towards her and enveloped her into a hug. I gave her a kiss on the cheek then headed up to my room.

"I'm going up to my room to sleep 'cause I'm exhausted from today's events. I'll see you at school tomorrow Eco. Night Christy." They held shocked looks on their faces with their mouths dropped open. I was just too tired to talk any sense into Christy.

I climbed the stairs to my room. Closed my door. Then flopped down on to my comfy looking bed. A few minutes later I was knocked out.

"Why were you so harsh with Christy last night? You know she is just trying to make you happy," Eco questioned me as we entered the doors to our gym

"I'm just looking out for her," I answered Eco. "Have you seen her in the kitchen because if you did you would be agreeing with me right now. I just don't want her to get harmed with all the fire she causes in the kitchen."

I stopped at my locker and turned to face Eco as I spoke to her. "What if one day I'm not home and there's a fire in the kitchen because Christy forgot the cookies in the oven? What then? Christy would be taking a nap as the house catches fire and burns down with her in it."

By the end of my speech I'm trying to catch my breath, feeling a panic attack coming. I opened my locker, grabbed my bottle of water I left there yesterday, then once again closed it. I took a gulp of water before Eco grabbed my attention.

"Ever, calm down. Nothing is going to happen to her." Eco clutched my shoulders as she tried to talk some sense into me. "Once you leave for the competition I'll be over at your house a lot more then it is necessary and I'll keep an eye on Christy. But for now chill because you'll be home 24/7 this upcoming week and the rest of the weeks to come until you go to the competition. The point here is that you're going to be home for basically the whole day before you have to leave."

"Thank you Eco. I really needed that." I felt a lot calmer with Eco's words, except when she said that I had to leave my aunt Christy once it is time to leave for the competition.

"Now," she let go of my shoulders just to hook her arm around mine. "Let's go to class before Coach Jenson yells at us for being late again. You know how he doesn't like to wait to start our training."

"Pff. What are you talking about? I haven't ever been late to his class. That was only you." With that said, I unhooked my arm from Eco's and headed to my Jujitsu class.

"Wait for me," Eco shouted behind me as she tried to catch up to where I was.
