I tried to tiptoe my way around them. If there was another way to get to where I have to go, I would take it, no questions asked. But as you heard before from the guys and Darcy, the show was going out of business so they took up production in a tiny theater. I didn't mind it at first but now I wished it was as huge as a football field so I wouldn't have to cross paths with them.

I passed the two as I made my way to Lila who was waiting for me in the dressing room.

"Ever," Calibur called out to me as I made my way up on stage. I looked back to see him scratching his neck, looking nervous. Kalista was no longer around.

"What is it Calibur," I said in a bitter voice. I was sick of going back and forth with him. He made his decision and I accepted it. We weren't and never will be a thing.

"I was-"

"That's funny Calibur," I looked him dead in the eyes, not veering my attention anywhere else. "Now you want to talk to me. Once you want to talk. Not when I was trying to talk to you or needed your help throughout the week or rehearsals before the show began. Nope, you ignored me instead because you couldn't even look at me for whatever I supposedly did to you and Ty."

Calibur looked angry once I mentioned him being mad at me. "You don't understand do you?"

"How am I supposed to if you don't tell me what I did that made you angry enough to ignore me for the whole week? I'm no psychic Cal." My voice rose as the frustration of the whole problem began to show. "You know Cal, I'm done with all this whatever it is. I'm done. I don't have much time here anyways so I guess your wish is granted. You won't ever need to speak to me again." With that all said and off my chest, I left Calibur Pierce behind and went on to perform for the last time tonight.

"Stone cold
Stone cold
You see me standing
But I'm dyin' on the floor
Stone cold
Stone cold
Maybe if I don't cry
I won't feel anymore
Stone cold
Baby
God knows I try to feel
Happy for you
Know that I am
Even if I can't understand
I'll take the pain
Give me the truth
Me and my heart
We'll make it through
If happy is her
I'm happy for you
Hmm, mm-mm, mm
Stone cold
Stone cold
You're dancing with her
While I'm staring at my phone
Stone cold
Stone cold
I was your amber, but now
She's your shade of gold
Stone cold
Baby
God knows I try to feel
Happy for you
Know that I am
Even if I can't understand
I'll take the pain
Give me the truth
Me and my heart
We'll make it through
If happy is her
I'm happy for you
Don't wanna be stone cold
Stone
I wish I could mean this
But here's my goodbye
Oh, I'm happy for you
Know that I am
Even if I can't understand
If happy is her
I'm happy for you."

There he stood among the crowd. A look of sorrow crossed his face. I quickly looked away when Kalista slipped her hand into his. He didn't pull away from her. I understood. The message was clear as the wind. I never meant anything to him. All he once said to me was a lie. It was all a game to him. A game that he won and I, unfortunately, lost.

"Hey, Ever," Ty grabbed my attention once I got off stage by taking a hold of my arm.

"What do you want Ty," I asked him briskly. I was done with them coming up to me like they did not try to ignore me this whole past week. They may not realize that them ignoring me hurt more than they thought it would. But the damage is done now. We cannot go back and change what has already happened and they need to realize that before I go off on them for being such big football heads.

"I just wanted to say that I am sorry." I open my mouth to tell him that a sorry doesn't fix the damage already done but he stopped me. "I know, I'm a butt and a sorry doesn't cut it but I need to fix this before it is too late and tell you what actually happened."

"What are you talking about," my eyebrows scrunched up together in confusion.

"Someone said that they saw you kissing Chris Roland that night at the movie premiere that is why Calibur and I were disappointed in you. However, I was talking to Darcy and ...she explained to me what actually happened that night."

"Why would you think I kissed Chris? We were just hanging out since I didn't know anyone. And those I did know went on to do their own thing."

"Well, in my defense, Cal made it sound like you were all over Chris and it didn't help that someone else confirmed."

"What do you mean someone else confirmed? I wasn't even standing that close to him. We were just talking. And not to mention, two turned into a group of three with Hemington, the guy that gave Darcy and I a ride to the premiere."

"I don't know who exactly, but let's just say they don't want you and Calibur to be together if they would lie to Cal."

I sighed, "Listen, Ty, there's nothing and never will be, anything with Calibur again. The damage is done and no one can undo what has already happened. It's over."

"I was hoping that I wouldn't be too late, but I am, aren't I," he asked dejectedly.

"Everything that happened today made things crystal clear as to where I stand. And that is nowhere near him." I told him. "Listen, Ty, I appreciate that you came and explained things to me and I forgive you." I gave him a tiny smile. I may have forgiven him too early but I'm not one to hold a grudge for long. Having a friend like Eco back at home, you're prone to forgive sooner than later just to get leave the problem behind.

"Friends," he asked with pleading eyes.

"Of course," I hugged him.

"We should go out and celebrate this glories moment," he exclaimed, skipping down the hall making his way out of the building.
