"Reuben!" I shouted "Give me an oink if you can here me!" nothing made a sound. I went right seeing a burning tree and instantly knowing how it caught fire. I then noticed Reuben's costume, smoke rising from it. "Please don't be toasted, Reuben" I said, lifting the wing, nothing. I let out a sigh of relief. I walked away.

I saw a cave, but walked around it, noticing one way to get around, but a pond was there. I groaned, getting in the water, walking through it. I then noticed some grass shaking. I looked behind the grass, it was Reuben!

"I'm so happy to see you! Lets get back quickly" the sun had already set and the moon was high in the sky. If you hear a growl at night when you're outside, it's no good, I looked around and saw Zombies begin to approach us. Reuben squealed in terror. "Reuben! Run!" I shouted and we both ran until we were out of breath. "I think we're safe" a arrow almost hit me, a skeleton was on top of a hill. We ran again, running into a wall. We were trapped.

"Why is it always me who has to save you!?" it was Petra. She ran over to me and killed a approaching Zombie. "Come on, lets get out of the open" she said and we ran and ran until we came to a cave that was dimly lit by torches. "I wanna show you something" Petra said, walking further into the cave.

"Okay, not that this isn't a really cool dimly lit, creepy cave, but how far away is this thing you wanna show me?" I asked.

"Careful Jesse, you don't want a reputation for being a wimp" Petra said.

"This isn't my first time in a cave, Petra" I told her.

"But have you ever seen, a Wither Skull?" she asked, pulling out a blackened skull.

"Thats insane, Petra!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, theres this guy that is gonna give me a diamond for it" she told me. "I should be asking for a lot more though."

"Wow..."

"Wow, what?"

"In a single day, you went to the Nether, killed a Wither Skeleton, well I mean I did build a super cool statue but still!" I exclaimed.

"You could come with me you know" she said.

"Whats in it for me?" I asked.

"Respect, admiration, not getting punched in the face for saying that just now" she replied. They then approached a chest and a crafting table. "You need an upgrade, in that chest, theres some materials to make a stone sword" she said. I approached the chest and inside, I grabbed two stone blocks and a stick. I then crafted my sword.

"Thanks, oh and is this stuff yours?" I asked.

"No, we're just stealing from whoever was dumb enough to leave their stuff down here, of course its mine" she said sarcastically.

"Okay, just making sure" we then walked out of the cave and onto a bridge.

"Hey look, EnderCon's all lit up" Petra pointed out.

"I can't believe it, we won!" I exclaimed, noticing the fireworks. "Its about time we beat Lucas and his gang of jerks" I said.

"Remember what I said a month ago about Lucas?" Petra asked me.

"Yeah"

"Apply it to this context, give him a chance" Petra said.

"Yeah you might be right" I sighed.

"If you see him at Ender Con, just talk to him" Petra told me.

"I don't need a lecture on the power of collaboration, Petra" I told her in a sigh.

"How about a lecture on the power of my fists? It's short, but deadly..." She threatened, clenching her hand into a fist. Creepers than approached from both side of the bridge.

"Jump!" I exclaimed and me, Petra, and Reuben all jumped. We landed in the water below.

"It burns! It burns!" I exclaimed.

"Try landing in the water, not on top of it!" Petra shouted and they got out and began to walk to EnderCon.
