"That's Ivor!" I exclaimed in shock, pointing to the small dark blue light that was traveling closer to the white.

"Ivor is going to Soren's! We need to move!" Ellegaard exclaimed.

"It's not too far, we could probably make it on foot" I said walking closer to the map.

"Perfect, we can wait till tomorrow morning and travel with a full days sunlight" Ellegaard looked at me.

"And risk that thing catching up with us? I think I've had enough Wither Storm for one day, thank you very much" Magnus crossed his arms.

"Right, because getting caught out there in the dark is so much better" Ellegaard pursed her lips.

"Trust me, if you had seen this thing you wouldn't want to stick around" Magnus narrowed his eyes.

"Trust me, if you had a brain you'd want to minimize our chance of being caught out there with all the monsters" I rolled my eyes at their arguing.

"I don't want to risk being outside when it gets dark, we should wait till morning so we can have a full day of sunlight" I told everyone.

"A excellent call, Jesse, and far more decisive than either of us are being" Ellegaard looked to Magnus and narrowed her eyes.

"What a coincidence that it's your plan! But fine" Magnus sighed. I then looked out at the sun that was slowly beginning to sink behind the mountains.

Night had fallen. A row of beds were laid out beside the walls of the temple. Axel and Magnus sat on opposite beds and talked to each other while Ellegaard and Olivia sat on the floor and talked as well. Lukas sat on a bed next to Reuben while me and Petra sat up against a wall.

"I appreciate you giving us a chance to rest, Jesse, I hate to admit it but I needed this" Petra said weakly.

"Jesse, right?" Ellegaard had gotten up and was standing in front of me.

"Oh, hello!" I got up.

"I'm sorry if I seemed... Hostile before when we were talking about Magnus, not the best way to get aquatinted" Ellegaard looked outside. "He makes me a little crazy," she turned around to face me "He's just...a little nuts? Destructive? Egotistical? I could go on but I try not to."

"I gotta ask, what's up with you guys? Why do you fight so much?" I questioned the engineer, Ellegaard sighed.

"Me and Magnus have been in some tough situations together and...haven't always agreed on how to get out of them" Ellegaard told me "After a while, it just starts to become too much... in any case, thank you for taking my side before, I appreciate that." Ellegaard smiled "So, how is it being the leader of this little ragtag bunch? I haven't been observing your group long but it seems a little...dysfunctional, no offense."

"It's been really hard. People start fighting when tough decisions have to be made" I told her.

"Precisely why I never wanted to be the leader, it was just easier to be alone," Ellegaard sighed. "In any case, glad to be part of the team" she smiled "How about we go get some sleep" she put her arm over my shoulder and we all headed off to our beds.
