"What are you doing here, Ivor?" I questioned the man who turned his head in surprise to the sound of my voice and Soren did as well. "Here to lock me in another room?"
"I came to offer my help" Ivor told me, walking forward. Sympathy flickered in his piercing blue eyes for barley a second.
"Hah! He's been following us!" Soren shouted, crossing his arms.
"It's not like that!" Ivor told the architect "You need to hear me out!" Soren went silent. "What you don't understand is, you're all in very great danger."
"Hah! Obviously!" Soren shouted.
"No" Ivor said "I mean specifically this group! The Wither Storm isn't acting randomly, it's following Gabriel!"
"Gabriel?"
"You see I... may have programed it to... follow his amulet..." Ivor scratched the back of his head in guilt.
"You mean the Order's amulet" Soren corrected him.
"Yes, Soren, that amulet!"
"And Gabriel gave the amulet to me!" I shouted, pulling out the amulet. All of the gems glowed brightly, except for one, Magnus'. It didn't glow one bit.
"I-I didn't know..." Ivor said quietly.
"Gah! You fool! You've created a monster thats following Jesse!" Soren shouted.
"Which brings us back to what we need to do," I said "We have to kill the Wither Storm."
"But how? Nothing can stop those things!" Ivor shouted. I then remembered how the Enderman had begun dismantling the Wither Storm.
"Except Enderman!" I shouted, smiling.
"Enderman?" Ivor questioned.
"Jesse's right!" Soren exclaimed "The Wither's gaze passed over them and they went wild, there's probably more than enough of them still at my fortress" he said, smiling.
"Except one thing, you're forgetting about the Command Block!" Ivor shouted.
"Ah, yes, It's clear now that no one and no thing can destroy it... not even a Formidi Bomb" Soren sighed. Memories of Magnus' death began flashing back.
"Actually, I may have a solution to that" Ivor said, me and Soren looked at Ivor.
"You see, after I took hold of the Command Block-"
"You mean, stole it?" Soren asked.
"I became Notch's... well... I guess you can say assistant," Ivor began "He once told me he had some sort of power source that could remove anything, even Command Blocks."
"Then let's go and get that power source!" I exclaimed.
"One problem, Notch's fortress is... in the sky..." Ivor began "And we'll have to go to my secret lab to get the map to it, and my lab is... sort of far away."
"How far away could it be?" I asked.
"It's the farthest place a person could travel before being utterly-" Ivor was cut off by a loud growl. We all rushed down the ladder and to the small cliff and looked off at the distance. The group was standing outside, gazing off at the Wither Storm which had gotten even closer.
"We're safe no where... aren't we?" Petra asked quietly.
"It's because the Wither Storm's following the amulet, Ivor told-"
"Ivor! Is that really you?" Ellegaard interrupted me and approached him.
"A pleasure as always, Ellegaard" he smiled while Ellegaard narrowed her eyes.
"Hello! My name is Gabriel" Gabriel walked up to Ivor.
"Somebody pinch me..." Ivor said under his breath.
"Well, anyways, we're going to go go to Ivor's lab, get the map to Notch's fortress, and delete the Wither Storm from the world" I told the world.
"You thought up all of that right now?" Olivia asked.
"Yep, with the help of Ivor" I told her.
"You know I helped too" Soren said.
"And Soren" I added.
"What are we gonna do with the amulet?" I then asked. "If we take it with us, we'll have three Wither Storms on our tail wherever we go." The group was silent until Axel spoke up.
"I'll take it" Axel said and grabbed the amulet which I was still holding.
"Axel, you can't" Olivia told him.
"I can, and I have to" Axel replied. Olivia looked at Axel, sympathy filled her eyes. "Don't worry about me, if things get to rough I'll duck into the Nether or something."
"Well in that case, I'm coming with you, Axel" Ellegaard stepped forward.
"Thanks, Ellegaard" Axel smiled.
"I'm coming with you, Axel" Petra walked forward with a limp.
"Petra, no... you can't," Axel began "You should stay in this cave, it's safe, defendable-"
"If I say I'm fine then I'm-" Petra broke into a fit of coughing "Fine!"
"Well... if you say so..." Axel said, scratching the back of his head. The group that was going off to Ivor's lab got the horses. I would share with Reuben, Soren would share with Ivor, Gabriel would share with Olivia, and Lukas would have his own.
"Hey, Jesse" Axel called my name. "Before you head out, should we try our handshake again?"
"The Builder Bump? You got it!" I exclaimed and we did our handshake and when we finished I laughed "I'll see ya later, Axel."
"Not if I see you first!"
"Good luck!" I shouted as the horses began to walk away.
"Goos luck to you as well!"
