Into The Game [FINISHED]

33 ✣ Enderman

Everyone left the lab and I then noticed Enderman were out by the fountains.

"And the hits just keep on comin'" I murmured.

"Hah, I wasn't expecting so many houseguests, there's no way I'll have enough seashell soaps for all of them..." Soren whispered in surprise.

"How are we supposed to get out of here?" Lucas asked. "We need a plan, and not our usual we'll-come-up-with-a-plan-when-we-have-to-oh-wait-now-we-have-to kind of plan!" Lukas exclaimed angrily.

"Shh!" I looked at Soren "Soren, you've been studying Endermen for ages, any bright ideas?" I questioned the architect.

"One constant about Enderman is that they hate water, if we force that fountain to overflow somehow..." Soren paused and then looked at me. "Jesse, you still have the Enderman suit, put that on and then you can safely reach the fountain" I pulled out the Enderman head.

"Just when I thought I'd never have to smell this thing again..." I groaned, putting on the head.

"Good luck, dude" Axel murmured as I began to tip-toe over to the fountain.

"We'll just... um... all watch from here then... where it's safe..." Soren told me. As I walked over to the fountain I almost ran into an Enderman who looked at me and then walked away. "Try not to die" I heard Soren say. I rolled my eyes and approached the fountain.

"What are you waiting for?" Lukas asked and I started to break the fountain, soon water spilled out and the Enderman shrieked and teleported away.

"Come on guys, it's clear!" I shouted and we all walked through the water. "Uh oh..." I turned a corner to see even more Enderman standing by a fountain.

"We're gonna die" Lukas said. Reuben then walked over to Axel and pushed him over for some reason.

"Nobody's gonna die, because I'm going to break that other fountain..." I then walked out to the other fountain" I then walked out to the other fountain but just as I got to it a Enderman teleported in front of me. I almost fell in surprise and let out a sigh of relief as it walked away.

"Fountain number two, prepare to meet your doom" I broke the second fountain and the group ran to the entrance to the Wool World and stopped. I pushed myself through and stared at the Wool World. If you took all the Enderman from outside, in the lab, and in the hall, it wouldn't compare to how many Enderman were here in the Wool World.

"They're everywhere..." Lukas murmured "How are we supposed to get through this? Physically and Psychologically."

"Everyone hold onto me, I'll guide us through" I told the group and began to slowly walk towards the trapdoor, we began to walk across the bridge. "Maybe we should just turn around," I whispered but then realized there was no going back. "Or not..." I whispered before looking forward to see a Enderman in my face. My breath began to quicken and the Enderman screamed, making me jump. The Enderman saw past my disguise. "Quick! In the water!" we jumped over the fence on the bridge and into the water.

"Oh, when I constructed this place, I worried about how flammable my building material was," Soren began as we waded through the stream. "So I installed a fire suppression system to prevent the whole thing from going up in flames" Soren said, approaching a wooden fountain.

"So theres more water?" I inquired, approaching the architect.

"Much more" Soren replied "If we activated it, it could disperse all these Enderman while we swim to safety."

"Can we reach the controls from here?" I asked.

"The lever is right up there!" Soren pointed to the top of the fountain. There was a ladder that led to it. I climbed up the ladder, my legs ached from all the walking and running I had been doing. I reached the top and approached the lever and pulled it, the ground shook.

"I don't know how much water this thing is gonna kick out so everybody-" the ground shook more and I was knocked off the structure and back into the stream. Water came pouring out of multiple pipes, and there was a lot of it. The Enderman screeched and teleported away.

"It's working!" Lukas exclaimed. The Wool World was almost filled to the half point and we all swam under the water, towards the trapdoor. I was behind everyone else so I saw Axel, Olivia, Lukas, Reuben, and Soren leave the underwater Wool World. Someone was missing, Petra! I turned around and saw Petra, weakly swimming towards the trapdoor. I was almost out of breath. I grabbed her hand, pushed her down into the trap door.
