The End. It was dark, and eerie. I was alone.  I looked around cautiously and worriedly.

"Woah..." I gaped as Lukas appeared with the amulet in hand.

"Oh... great... it just keeps on getting better" Lukas groaned. Olivia, Reuben, and Petra appeared, Axel was once again, nowhere to be seen.

"Where's Axel?" Olivia asked "He was right behind me." Axel then fell on Lukas... again. The amulet rolled out of Lukas' hand and I picked it up.

"Hah! See! I told you I'd pay you back!" Axel exclaimed, getting off of Lukas. Lukas then started to hyperventilate and covered his eyes.
"Oh, jeez..." Lukas whimpered "Oh man... wh- I-I..."

"Are you hurt?" I asked.

"What?! No I'm not crying! Just... look!" Lukas pointed to a horde of Enderman. There were hundreds.

"Hide..." I whispered and we all dashed to a rock.

"So... uh... what do we call that? A herd of Enderman? A flock or Enderman? A swarm?" Lukas questioned.

"A crap ton of Enderman?" I  shrugged.

"We might want to hold off on the grammar lessons until later, which way are we headed, Jesse?" Olivia whispered, I pulled out the amulet but it shut off.

"Stuff like that doesn't work in the Nether, and probably not the End, either" Petra said. Lukas began to laugh.

"Great! Woo man... So we're trapped, and now we're lost, so we go from, uh... a death machine, that almost drowns us... and we land here, in the End, and that's the right name for it, since now, incredibly, we don't even know where we're going" Lukas narrowed his eyes.

"Are you saying we should have stayed?" I asked.

"No, I'm saying we should have known where we were headed before we left" Lukas crossed his arms.

"We do know where we're going, towards Soren" I said.

"That's enough" Petra said angrily. Lukas sighed.

"Face it, Jesse, we might never find this guy"

"There he is" Axel pointed to a figure of a man walking up a huge stairway. From where we stood, he had red hair and light skin.

"Did that just happen? I can't believe that just happened! A-Am I the only one that's supprised?! Because that... was... I mean... it's like we conjured him" Lukas muttered.

"Where is he going?" I asked.

"Only one way to find out" Petra said.

'We gotta go" I quickly said.

"Everyone, follow me!" Petra exclaimed "I'll get us to the other side!" Petra began to walk forward, "Just stay behind me and we'll-" Petra broke into a fit of coughing " we'll be fine!"

"That's not a good idea" I told her.

"Jesse's right, actually, you know, what? I'll just go" Lukas walked over to Petra "Give me a chance..."

"Everyone, follow Lukas, and let's pick up the pace, okay?" I told everyone, Lukas smiled.

"Come on!" he whispered. We all followed him to the stairs through the 'crap ton' of Enderman. The Enderman seemed to stare at us with their purple glowing eyes. We arrived at another End Portal which was exactly the same as the one we entered, however it was made out of bedrock, a unbreakable rock that was always buried deep in the ground. Not even a enchanted diamond pickaxe could break it.

"Nice moves back there, Lukas" Petra narrowed her eyes at Lukas, who turned his head and let out a small laugh, oblivious to her sarcasm.

"Thanks," he smiled "And you too, Jesse, thanks for giving me a shot" Lukas scratched the back of his head. We climbed up the small stairway that led to the portal, I looked into it, the same black void. From there we walked around the portal and we all looked up at the insanely large flight of stairs. The stairs were held up by pistons for some strange reason and the actual stairs were oak wood.

"Let's go" I whispered and we all began to climb the infinite stairway. As I walked, I got a better view of the sky, or what appeared to be the sky. It was a dark purple color, which clashed with the color of the End Stone floor (which was a pale cream color). By the time we reached the top of the first part, Axel was already out of breath.

"I hope that someday I love something as much as Soren seems to love stairs" Axel panted, Olivia and Lukas trailed behind him. I watched Petra arrive, she wiped the sweat off her forehead. Minutes passed, I seemed to lose track of time.

"Jesse, can you give me a sec?" Petra asked, almost in a murmur. She then coughed.

"Need a hand?" I asked. Holding out my hand

"Oh... no I can manage," she coughed again "Thanks," I raised my eyebrow "Really, I'm fine, I'm good, I'm good, we can keep moving." I walked up beside Lukas. We arrived at a flat part of the stairway. Axel lay on the ground as well as Reuben and Olivia.

"So many stairs..." Olivia gaped. Up one more flight was a ladder.

"There's a ladder" I pointed to it, I hoped there wasn't more stairs.

"It better not be a long one" Axel said as I walked up the stairs.

"Whatever this is, it looks like that's the way in" Petra said.

"After you, dude" I then sighed at Axel's remark.

"Here goes nothing..." I said and climbed the latter, when I arrived at the top, I was blinded by a bright light.
