Into The Game [FINISHED]

2 ✣ Trapped

I opened my eyes weakly. All I heard was a soft beeping noise. Was I in a hospital? I weakly opened my eyes and saw I was in a room full of infinite whiteness and light. I was incredibly confused, a floating button was in front of me, the word 'scan' was pasted onto it and it glowed brightly, as if the strange room didn't have enough light as it is, and it looked blocky. I then wearily reached out and pressed the button, I had no idea of what was to happen next.

A new sound echoed through my ears. A light blinded me and I hit grassy ground hard letting out a 'oof'. I was now in a blocky world with a dark leafy canopy above me. I rolled onto my side and pushed myself up. I looked around. I was in a shadowy forest with large trees with dark wood and green leaves which over hung from the oaks.

I began to panic. Was I stuck in the game?! This was no dream, unlike movies and books, you know when your dreaming, however, I wished I was.

"Olivia!" I called out, hoping that maybe she was here too and was in ears reach. I began to loose my breath as I panicked, no reply had come. I slowly began to recollect my knowledge of the game and remembered reading some tips and instructions.

1. Monsters come out at dark, beware

2. You need food to survive

3. If you are poisoned or under the effects of a potion, to remove the effects, drink milk.

4. Quickly build a house before dark

5. If you die in the game, you die in reality

Wait, five? There was only four! And if I die here I die in real life?! I then realized I was reading from a instruction manual I had been holding the whole time. As I flipped through the pages I realized there was much more, about five hundred tips and instructions. Almost 300 pages. I sighed and punched a tree.

It cracked and I punched it a few more times until it broke and I picked up my first dark oak wood block, after breaking down my first tree I made a crafting table. I then went on and broke three more trees. Planting the seeds that I got from it. I then fashioned myself Wooden Swords, Wooden Pickaxes, and Wooden Axes. I went along and broke many trees, I lost count how many but I then made dark oak wood Planks and ladders.

I climbed a tree using the ladders. After a hour or two the sun was setting and looked outside through the glassless window as the square sun sunk beneath the ocean of trees. Thats when I realized it

"Wait, I need a bed to sleep, how do I make a bed?" a asked and suddenly the manual opened all on its own and it stopped at a page about beds. It was a simple craft, three wood blocks and three wool on top. I then realized, I didn't have wool. That would mean I would have to go out, late at night, with Zombies, Creepers, Enderman, Skeletons, Spiders and more out and find three sheep. I gathered all my bravery, grabbed one of my wooden swords, and opened the trap door that led one way, down. I closed the trap door and climbed down the ladder I had made earlier. I was terrified, if I die here, I die in real life.

When I reached the ground I scanned the area for any monsters. Nothing. I dashed through the world, keeping a eye out for any sheep. After about five minutes, I found one and started swinging my sword at it.
It cried out and ran around madly. After a few hits, I then was about to give the final blow but I stopped when I heard a low moan.

A hoard of Zombies stumbled out of the shadows, snarling and growling. I gasped and ran away. As I ran I bumped into a pig that was too, running from the zombies, I picked the pig up and ran with it tucked under my left arm. My wooden sword ready for any combat. Then I realized I was cornered, the Zombies had chased me up against a wall. I gasped, looking at at least ten zombies and now two giant spiders.

I backed up against the wall, feeling the cold stone against my skin. I heard a hiss and a spider leaped onto me from a ledge on the wall. I dropped the pig who squealed in anger and head butted the spider. It fell off and hissed at the pig. I then saw a figure run over and slay the spider. It was a girl.

She held a Stone Pickaxe and had short red hair, she wore a blue bandana and a black jacket and a blue shirt and had light brown eyes. I stared at her in utter shock.

"Come on! Don't just stand there!" she shouted. I then picked up the pig and ran after the girl.
