~Day 12~
"Damn she sleeps like a log."

"The morning bell didn't even wake her up." I heard someone snicker as I rolled over and clutched my face deeper into my pillow. "Cameron, get up." I heard the same person say as I groaned in response. I was then rudely hit in the head with a pillow.

"Ow! What the bloody hell?" I grumbled as I rubbed my head and opened my eyes to see Harry and Louis with a pillow in his hands, staring down at me.

"Morning sunshine." Harry smirked as I glared at him angrily.

"You slept for almost 11 hours ya' know." Louis sassed making me roll my eyes and sit up in bed. I looked around and saw all the bunks empty.

"How come none of you woke me up?" I asked as I rubbed my eyes and swung my legs over.

"Cause we just woke up too." Harry said pointing to his pajamas.

"You skipped breakfast?" I asked as I stood up, leaning on the bed post for balance as Louis began looking in his suitcase for clothes.

"Hell yes. You think we're going to get up early on a Saturday for breakfast? The food here is shit anyways." Harry said making me nod in agreement. "Let's go out to eat. We have the weekend off."

"Where would we go? I only heard Payne say there was a bar and a bowling alley." I asked as I walked around to the other side of my bed to grab my suitcase.

"I think there's a pub somewhere that serves brunch-"

"Ooh! I know the way! Why don't we go there? I heard a couple guys talking about it last night and I'm starved." Louis asked as I pulled out my clothes.

"Ok. I'll meet you out front in 15." I said as we parted ways and went to change clothes. After I changed into my blue RAF pants and a white t-shirt, I threw my dark brown hair up in a ponytail, grabbed some cash, and walked out front to meet the boys.

They were already standing there, so I decided to quickly run past them smacking them upside the head in the process and yell "Race ya!" as I bolted down the street. They immediately frowned, running after me and soon catching up.

Once we got to the corner of the street we took a break from running and let Louis lead the way...which ended up being a big mistake. We ended up circling the street three times before realizing we had passed the pub each time.

It was very cute and little. Only about enough space for 25 customers. The walls were white with decorative flowers painted across them and the booths were pink with brown wood.

"Hello soldiers, what can I get you today?" A cheery waitress with bright red hair asked as she came to our booth to take our orders.

"Have any local favorites?" Harry asked sweetly making Louis roll his eyes.

"Ah yes we do! Our blueberry waffles are better than words! Also our hash browns and eggs are a great combo!" She answered as Harry ordered both of them and Louis and I went for the bacon, eggs, and toast. We were brought our food a short while after and had a nice conversation about how we were going to beat the living tar out of North Korea when it came time for deployment.

Overall brunch went quickly, and we were already out the door around noon. On our way back to the camp we made a few stops at some local shops and didn't end up walking onto the grounds until half past one.

"Man that food was great! I could've-" I started but was cut off immediately as we entered the front doors of the camp.

"You're late." Payne said angrily as he stood before us. My eyes widened as I took in his angry stance, eyes flickering between us.
