~Day 1~
"Woods...Come on Woods..." I heard faintly, feeling something tickling my nose. I brushed it off immediately, groaning and turning my head the opposite direction.A few seconds later, the light, ticklish feeling returned, making me swat it away once again and rub my nose.
"What the..." I groaned, opening my eyes slightly, and seeing Payne bending down towards me with a feather placed in between his fingers.
"Leave me alone Payne." I grunted as I laid down, my head falling onto my suit.
"Well, good morning to you too sleeping beauty." He scoffed, throwing the feather to the side and kneeling down closer towards me.
"What do you want?" I grumbled, trying to get comfortable as I felt him lay a hand on my shoulder.
"I need you to get up." He said calmly while shaking my body.
"Why?" I asked, as he sighed in response, obviously getting impatient from my bickering.
"I need to use your tree." He said casually, making me shoot my eyes open and slap his hand off me.
"With all the fucking trees on this island you decide to wake me up because you need to specifically piss on mine?! Go find-" I began yelling, standing up next to him and pointing my index finger at him.
"Bloody hell, I'm not here to piss on your tree!" He interrupted making me glare at him.
"I want to get the coconuts!" He exclaimed, pointing up to the top of the tree.
I turned my head up and could see mine was the only one that had fully ripened coconuts.
"And I didn't want them to land on you while you were asleep." He finished, making my eyes go wide seeing he was actually being considerate.
I looked back towards him with my mouth formed in an 'O' shape to see him already glaring at me. When my eyes met his, mine went wide in sudden realization.
"Oh my gosh..." I gasped, covering my mouth. Payne looked at me with furrowed eyebrows, lifting his hands up to say 'what'.
"W-we don't have any food. W-we're going to have to survive off coconut water and leaves." I inhaled, holding my breath at the sudden thought of having to eat dried leaves as a meal.
"No we're not Woods-"
"We'll have to eat dirt, a-and bugs!" I exclaimed, looking up at him as he placed his hands on my shoulders gently.
"Woods, we will be alright."
"And if we run out of food we'll have to resort to...cannibalism." I said, looking up at him in fear.
"Would you stop taking things out of proportion? We're not starving yet, we only have minor cuts, and I'm about to go get us food." He said, shaking my shoulders trying to get me to snap out of my panicked state.
"Sit down right here and let me go get the coconuts." He said, helping me gently to the ground before walking over to the tree.
He pulled his shirt off quickly making my eyes go wide. I could see he had another cut across his toned abs that he hadn't told me about. I frowned as he then wrapped his shirt around the tree, each hand grasping it on either side.
"How do you know that's gonna work?" I asked as he began shimmying his way up the palm tree.
"I read it-fuck, in a book once." He grunted, using all his strength to climb up the 30 foot tree.
"What book?" I asked curiously as he got to the top. He wrapped his legs tightly around the tree to support himself as he pulled off the coconuts.
"Survival Tips 101." He said as he separately threw down four coconuts, each one landing with a loud 'thud'.
