(Carly's POV)
I smiled once we entered and Reza quickly took off. I laughed softly as I watched him go. I guess he wanted to find his candy. Nadir laughed with me and followed his son at a slower pace. "What do you feel like eating, Hasan?" He asked.
"Anything really." I told him. "I like all things sweet."
He smiled. "You're welcome to anything and as much of it as you want. Just, don't make yourself sick." He said kindly.
"Really?" I asked softly. "You're so kind." I said as I kissed his cheek. He kissed my cheek in return before saying, "I don't see any reason not to spoil you a little."
I blushed and grinned at him. Then, I began looking around. "What's your favorite?" I asked.
"I like anything with chocolate." He said. "I have this weakness for it."
I nodded and smiled. "I like the combination of caramel and chocolate." I said.
"They have several different variations here." He said.
"Then, we shall simply have to buy them all." I said with a grin. Then I looked at him, "If that's alright with you?" I whispered.
"That's fine with me. As long as you don't eat so much you get sick." He warned.
I nodded, "I won't." I promised as I picked up a bag and began filling it with chocolate. "But, would you be mad if I did?"
"How can I be mad at you when you're ill? I just don't want you in pain." He said. I nodded once more, "I was just making sure. Sometimes I get carried away with the sweets."
"Shall I help you make sure you don't eat too many?" He asked as he followed behind me.
"How?" I asked with a smile as I continued to fill the bag.
"I can try hiding them from you." Nadir said teasingly.
"You wouldn't dare!" I said as I turned around to face him. "I need my chocolate like Erik needs music." He laughed and kissed my forehead. "But music doesn't make one ill from having too much." He replied.
"That may be true." I laughed and finished with my bag. It was very full. "I can't wait to try them." He laughed a little and led me up to the counter to purchase them. "I'm sure you'll enjoy them." I smiled and watched as Reza came running up with his hands full of candy he set them on the counter beside my bag. I then realized something, "You didn't get you anything." I whispered.
He shook his head. "I don't need anything."
"I'll share with you." I told him with a smile.
"No, they're yours." He insisted. "You enjoy them."
I shook my head as he paid. "No." I said firmly. "We are sharing." He laughed slightly and led me and Reza over to a table. "Is this your idea for making sure you don't eat too much chocolate?" He asked with a smile.
"Maybe." I smiled as I sat down and opened my bag. Nadir settled back in his chair and watched as Reza began eating his candy. I picked out a piece for me and then handed one to Nadir. "You have to eat it." I said as I popped my piece into my mouth. He took the piece from me and nibbled on it. "No other options?" He asked.
I shook my head and smiled. "Nope, I'm afraid not." I laughed. He laughed a little and kept eating on the piece she had given me. I continued eating my candy, still giving pieces to Nadir, but I felt like I was being to get sick.
He frowned as he looked at me. "You look ill." He said as he took the bag of chocolate and set it beside him.
"Yeah." I mumbled. "Just a little."
